I've recently started to make a bit more of an effort re my appearance and so far have bought Sweaty Betty yoga pants, a top from Whistles and an electronic pelvic floor exerciser on recommendation from this (wonderful) board.

What have you bought having seen it mentioned here and are you pleased with it? Thrilled with mine!

Embarrassingly middle class, but le creuset casserole and oven dishes are 100% worth the money

NDSandG · 04/10/2020 18:39

Hari and the Gang sweatshirts and t shirt...pretty rubbish. Sent everything back apart from t shirt which stains my bras red just from wearing it.

Hippy chick waterproof sheet for DC

Sweaty Betty power leggings

Skinceuticals retinoid stuff

Hip seat to balance toddler on...another waste of money :(

Multiple other items, most of which I can’t remember. If I’m looking for something I use Mumsnet as a way of getting reviews on it before buying. Overall, it’s really helpful.

ForthPlace · 04/10/2020 19:10

Signed up to Dermatica for retinoid ...without this board I'd still be using soap and water...

Zoflora- it was shit.

SpuriouserAndSpuriouser · 04/10/2020 19:36

I was thinking it wasn’t much but just reading this thread has reminded me how much I actually have bought because of mumsnet! I’ve got the Lakeland heated airer, a babyliss big hair, and Superdrug vitamin E cream cleanser. Then I bought that Hush ruched dress from a few years ago that everyone on here had, Hush Amie joggers, and Salt Water sandals (which have never suited me, I look like an overgrown child in them). There’s almost definitely more but those are the ones that spring to mind!

AmethystMoonShine · 04/10/2020 19:37

The Mumsnet scarf....where it all began Grin
Babyliss bighair
Nars Orgasm blusher

My wellies... they’re French.. forget the make

There’ll be many more I’m sure, but off the top of my head.

AnotherEmma · 04/10/2020 21:32

I generally tend to search mumsnet if I need something and want recommendations.
So I wouldn't buy something just because I've read about it on mumsnet but I definitely look for the mumsnet seal of approval.
So I got Snag tights after reading about them on here. Also a few child-related things.
Actually I have got a few things from Hush and don't think I would have discovered Hush if it wasn't for mumsnet.

ReallySpicyCurry · 04/10/2020 21:48

I was going to say nothing, but then I remembered the Dettol soap, Hollywood Browzer, Korea Italy towels, and heated airer
