Sorry so many of you are having a grim time
Me and DH have had to go into work physically throughout lockdown so it hasn't felt so isolating for us and we don't have kids which makes a huge difference. SOTD is Cherry Who? from 4160 Tuesday's JJB I liked it initially but now it smells like cough medicine.

SOTD Tauer Une Rose Chypree.

I’m just finishing off the Pierre Guillame Animal Mondain sample which Shrill kindly sent me. It is a sweet honeyed pipe tobacco, the scented kind rather than old ashtray. Definitely full bottle worthy, but I have a long list!

My Cristalle has arrived from Origines, beautifully wrapped and with a couple of free samples. It has a manufacture date of 2012, but smells perfectly fresh so has obviously been kept well. I shall really enjoy wearing this.😊

Hello. I’ve got a rash on the front of my neck so I haven’t worn perfume for days! I think I will have to brave the chemists tomorrow. Instead I have been annoying my family with heavy incense which even I am getting tired of. I have a 4160 ceramic disc somewhere that I need to dig out.

I'm really enjoying the woody violet in this and I've realised how much I've missed it in my perfumes.

Wish mine was 12 years old as well. You probably have real Oak Moss in yours.

I hope your eye is not so sore today Shrill 💐. I tried the sample of Swedoft Rasputin the other day. I enjoyed wearing it as I’m a sucker for incense but there was an odd note in it which kept coming through and spoiling it for me, possibly oud?

teta, I looked at the ingredients on the side of my box of Cristalle but there was nothing in there that could have been oak moss. I think 2012 could be post reformulation though? It still smells nice, so I’m content. 😊. My original Cristalle from years ago was an EDT so it would smell different anyway.
