Shiny new plus size fashion / what are you wearing today thread - Autumn Winter edition

Following on from the previous, lovely thread, which saw me through Spring / Summer.

For sharing plus size fashion / outfits and general shopping chat.

Old faces and new, all very welcome .

Missing @JessicaTheJellyfish hope you're doing ok.

New hellbunny dress today size xxl (18). Perfect in the norkage but slightly baggy throughout but the little waist ties sort that out. No way the xl (16) would have fitted. Wearing a new black thermagen m and s glittery top in a 14 (small to wear under dresses) and my very old trusty faithful waistcoat. Black leggings and ridiculous socks, check! 😂

The material is really pretty in that dress. :-)

I haven't worn a skirt since probably before lockdown, so today I thought I'd put one on, even though I'm wfh as usual and nobody will see it.

The skirt was from a charity shop but I think was from Tu originally.
The jumper was from the H&M sale last year.

The whole outfit probably cost less than a tenner!

Primarni blue pattern trousers which are a bit short which is weird. Then a bright blue jumper from Matalan. I cannot do any washing until I am next paid so am dragging anything out of the wardrobe!

I was trying to, but the temperature dropped to 12C this afternoon and I have no heating in my home office, so I'm now in fleecy joggers and a stupendously ugly stripey acrylic jumper, complete with my snood that doubles as a face mask. I'm just hoping that my boss doesn't try to video call me before 5pm!

I woke up absolutely boiling today, for no readily identifiable reason, so I've had to ditch the jumper I was planning to wear.

I was at the beginning of the last thread, I haven't posted in ages on here as I just wasn't making an effort ( I'm not keen on summer ) but now I've put the summer clothes away and got the Autumn ones out I'm hoping to post on this thread a bit more.

I'm loving all the outfits today I went to a lovely venue to check it out for my eldest DD's wedding, this occasion called for some semblance of smartness I thought.

I'm a size 18 bottom and 20 top. I was wearing a dress from Simply be from last year, Joules wool jacket, boots from Hobbs and my trusty Mulberry Jamie bucket bag.

I love this time of year! 🍂

I'm wearing this jumper dress from Tu which can I say looks a lot better in the flesh. It's thicker and warmer than I thought but I didn't have time to change. After today I think it will go into the bleak midwinter section of the wardrobe.

Sons test is negative so we are allowed out again! Today I have M&Co leggings sz 16 and a fat face tunic sz 14.

I'm a 22 and I wear uniform to work but I'm attempting to break out of leggings and long tops the rest of the time

I'm having a premenstrual hot flush today so everything is too warm, but I'm struggling on with the window open and the fan running.

White Stuff skirt - it's reversible, and this side has a sort of Hokusai wave pattern on it. I don't wear it the other way around because it has horizontal stripes 🤨

@StCharlotte I love that dress, I bought the black one from TU with the military buttons on the shoulders, I was very tempted by that dress too!

Ok today's outfit, Fairfax and Favor raspberry boots which are my favourite thing in the whole world ( bought in the sale with nearly £100 off ) teamed with a TU cord skirt, George Asda cotton polo neck and my absolute bargain Ex M and S coat from eBay.

It was new and they do it in Camel and Pink and only £20! I wanted the camel too but no 18's left. It's got a gorgeous slight herringbone pattern and it's 60 percent wool so looks a lot more expensive than it was ❤️ if anyone likes it they've got lots left in bigger and smaller sizes and it's called 'ex m and s city coat'.

Wearing my very old trusty waistcoat 18, old comic-con t shirt Size L I think, and a charity shop skirt size 18 from M & S originally. I found it a few years ago for £2. Skull dm Boots, black thermal tights and a black sparkly thermal heatgen top to keep me warm (recent ebay purchase, I've bought a few now. Toasty warm)
