What to do with curly hair? Pics

Just as the title really. I follow the CGM. Quite happy with the curls (albeit a bit frizzy this evening). But sometimes think it is just a bit shapeless/no real style. Added with the grey I think I need to do something to just make the shape better?

Any thoughts? Opinions. Can take bluntness and honesty so hit me with it.

A few more layers? Piecey bits around my cheekbones? Cut it shorter? Grow it longer? Do I have any stylish options you could recommend?

I think it's really lovely but longer would look even better. Your sides look longer than than back so I'd let the back grow out to the same length. You have great skin and features so I don't think you need red lipstick etc, just natural tones to give you a bright, fresh glow.
