But apparently the visit to Susie and Sarah made her 'soul happy' so I guess she can be exempt from the rules. 🙄 If Mhairi goes any further up in Susie's arse, she'd come out of her mouth.

YettaTessieMarmelstein · 21/09/2020 15:56

@Ironfloor269 I wonder if Susie’s arse is exempt from lockdown rules.

Sarahbarney · 21/09/2020 16:04

I have been sucked into this now.

I'm wondering as have seen a few women on here have been told they were the wrong body shape but looking on her Instagram feeds that mhairi stylist (?) says she is an hourglass? I do hope they haven't analysed their own staff incorrectly because she doesn't look like an hourglass to my old eyes.

Of course. Susie is above the law.

Sarahbarney · 21/09/2020 17:53

Oooooh apparently twitter are investigating her for a copyright breach. This is like a soap opera, so glad TOMM recommended her just for the laughs!

Atalune · 21/09/2020 17:59

Investigating who!!? Susie?

Sarahbarney · 21/09/2020 18:00

Yes apparently

MrsSchadenfreude · 21/09/2020 18:23

Oh dear. It couldn’t really get worse for her, could it? She dumps her 14K FB followers, which is where she would have got a lot of her custom, moved to a subscriber only platform which hardly anyone joins, her most popular stylist jumps ship, and then a breach of copyright issue with Twitter. What else could go wrong?

You forgot the sending gagging orders to customers threatening them with legal action.....

As in my pp I'm really sad to see a female run/orientated business to hit the buffers but we are now reaching a point where even Gerard Ratners's self-destruction of his previously successful business is looking tame by comparison....

kevinn · 21/09/2020 18:50

I love the fact she's carrying on all over Insta like nothing is happening Grin

Sarahbarney · 21/09/2020 19:50

Is having 5 bits of work to do considered alot in her world? Must be exhausting for her!

Also couldn't help noticing the I mean business story with her little black book full of names of those she intends to try and sue.

PrimalLass · 21/09/2020 20:31

All of Glasgow and surrounding areas are in lockdown. I think Mhairi once posted she lives in Lanarkshire which in lockdown. But, doesn't bother me what people choose to do.

It's not lockdown - they just can't go into someone's house.

YettaTessieMarmelstein · 21/09/2020 20:35

@PrimalLass exactly, so rules have been broken. Looks like full lockdown is on its way, though!

Cheetahfajita · 21/09/2020 23:08

How can you breech copyright on Twitter? What does that even mean?

DeRigueurMortis · 21/09/2020 23:26

If you post content that is not your own for commercial gain.

I've no idea what this is about in this instance but by way of example if you posted a picture on Twitter saying you'd styled this model and it was in fact a picture taken from a magazine you'd be breaching copyright.

HumousWhereTheHeartIs · 22/09/2020 05:48

I wondered what it was so had a look on SBS Twitter. It looks like something minor from month ago - unless I've missed something.

Atalune · 22/09/2020 08:55

I think she’s become quite toxic so people will be looking for anything to bring her down.

Yeah I'd noticed tattle was getting a bit more brutal. To start with it was just frustration that seemed to be driving everyone but now the longer she doesn't address the issues people are getting mad.
Atalune · 22/09/2020 10:17

I’m not condoning though. I don’t support a witch hunt. But tattle do like a witch hunt.

stealthninjamum · 22/09/2020 10:18

I'm reluctant to name the other forum in case this thread gets pulled (again) but there's a theory that she deliberately contacted the anonymous reviewers on trust pilot as they were more anxious about going public with her complaints and therefore more vulnerable. Having said she wanted their data to deal with the complaints she actually used the data to sue them. A couple of people have said that they used their real names and she hasn't been in touch.....

If that's true then I can understand why people are now jumping on everything she does / says.

It's such a sad situation, a year ago I really admired her as a positive, inspiring woman.

That is what happened, yes. My review is anon and I have been asked to provide further info for SBS but didn’t. I saw that someone else was in the same predicament and emailed trustpilot with evidence that their review was genuine and asked them not to share personal info with SBS, so I’ve done the same. So of course I’m still anon so no letter for me. But if I’d provided them with my details there is no doubt in my mind that they would’ve sent me one, rather than address the concerns within the review.
stealthninjamum · 22/09/2020 11:29

Thanks geggs I didn’t want it to sound like I didn’t believe anyone. Susie’s friend on the AIBU thread has admitted Susie has had posts deleted so I’m being careful.

It sounds like the women who have been sent the letter are in touch with each other which is a good thing and I think these threads should stay for them. I also heard that one of the women on this thread has received bullying personal messages which is horrendous and I’d like to send her unmumsnetty hugs and Cake.

Atalune · 22/09/2020 11:50

So bad greggs

Sarahbarney · 22/09/2020 12:05

I decided to contact the woman this morning because I wanted to know why she was misleading new clients by not being transparent and she was more than a little rude. I find it very underhand that if you know a service you are selling is substandard and a lot of the time getting it wrong then you should be working on fixing those rather than filling the bank balance.
Anyway she has threatened to get the police to contact me if I send her any more harassing messages (I sent one - via email)

I'm not sure she quite understood that as a potential new customer I was looking for clarity of her transparency over recent events. I am so confused by her tone... she could have easily explained what had been happening but she chose to straight away shut me down.

What a terrible way to run a company.

HumousWhereTheHeartIs · 22/09/2020 12:07

Customers felt disappointed, then let down, then angry and now they feel they are being victimised and treated unfairly - and SBS don't seem to care about their clients opinions or anyone's mental health. So I'm not surprised it's turned out this way. I personally wouldn't give them a penny of my money but feel a bit fed up of the whole thing now.
