Is there any reason why the solicitors letter cannot be shared? For a public service more than anything else!

You'd think they'd focus their efforts on damage limitation and actually directly address the feedback with what's gone on in recent weeks, not this. Unbelievable!

Brogues · 19/09/2020 10:35

They may be outing @Mustnotbeleftblank if it talks about specific details mentioned in trust pilot reviews rather than it being a generic cease and desist where someone could blank out a name and address?

YettaTessieMarmelstein · 19/09/2020 10:39

Aside from the fact that legal letters are confidential, I imagine anyone who posts a picture will be risking further threats from SBS as well as the disruption of future legal proceedings.

WawLaDot · 19/09/2020 10:41

It makes you wonder if her Patreon customers are aware that as well as a portion of their subscription going to an anti cyberbullying charity, the rest is going towards SBS bullying unhappy customers via their email inbox.

I've been following the threads and joined the new FB page, I'm delurking to lend my virtual support to those who got the legal letter Flowers.
Be kind my arse.

CatherineMaitland · 19/09/2020 11:25

None of this is how you deal with bad Trustpilot reviews. (it's part of my actual job to deal with bad Trustpilot reviews.)

I don't wish ill on SBS - I bought a couple of services previously and thought they were okay for the price point. It's a nice aim for a
business.

But this complete failure of customer service is just appalling. It never, never had to be this way, right from initially silencing criticism and now to threatening people who posted bad reviews - it would've been SO much better to face up to the feedback and deal with it sensibly at the time! Dealing honestly and effectively with bad reviews can actually be good for someone's reputation and an opportunity to build further trust.

I hope SBS isn't paying for someone to advise them to take these actions - if so, they've made the wrong choice of adviser.

...and I see some of Emily’s services are sold out which is brilliant news for her. She seems really lovely. I hope she has enormous success.
I’m thinking of getting her to do an online shop for me.

TofinoSurf · 19/09/2020 12:07

I presume those that were unhappy with SBS services didn't have them done by Emily? I could be tempted with Emily given how well liked she seems to be across multiple platforms, but I would want to be sure she was pretty accurate about colour.

YettaTessieMarmelstein · 19/09/2020 12:14

I think it maybe depends how good the individual stylist is. Susie herself did mine and I think it was accurate. But my friend had hers done by one of the others (not Emily) which she thinks is wrong.

LoriesGar · 19/09/2020 12:18

@TofinoSurf I won’t say who did mine, but it wasn’t Emily

@happyandloved It sounds cheesy but I want to jump up and yell “you go girl!!!” Most (all!?) of the dissatisfied customers just wanted SBS to own it, apologise and improve but it’s like Susie sees the opinions of dissatisfied customers as an attack and it’s like she’s now got a personal vendetta to crush anyone who stands in her way of world domination Really hope this gets some media coverage and that Susie can pull on her big girl pants, accept there are some problems with her business, fix them, apologise and move forward

@Ironfloor269

Is *@vkocy also known as @beabullynotkind*? Because they both have the same (unhinged) writing style...

When Emily announced she was leaving, she was fb friends with S.

Few days later and they aren't anymore.

Susie must know it isn’t normal to part ways with someone in business then immediately delete them on social media right? We aren’t still in secondary school are we?!
