happyandloved so glad you have been reassured by the solicitor. I hope you can relax a bit now. I'm so sorry to hear about your mum Flowers

LoriesGar · 18/09/2020 21:03

@happyandloved When you get your day in court, you won’t be alone No idea where in the U.K. are but pandemic permitting, I’ll be there

Teazels · 18/09/2020 21:04

@happyandloved you are a legend.
Sorry for your loss Flowers

rosesandcashmere · 18/09/2020 21:12

@happyandloved you've shown real courage here. I really used to like SBS, the company and the person but what a Shit show this is turning into. As for getting a solicitor to send those letters, such a disgrace. Any decent solicitor would've advised against it.

So sorry to those who have received the letters - what on earth is she thinking?!

I had seen her insta stories this morning about her listening to feedback and thought 'good on them, better late than never' but then came on here to see people have been threatened with legal action!! I'm absolutely gobsmacked!

How egotistical to think that people reporting truthful but negative things about your business warrants legal action!

I'm guessing she was hoping sending a few letters would be enough to silence people and scare them away from posting.

Brogues · 18/09/2020 21:27

@happyandloved and @Shoulddrinklesstea Flowers

MrsSchadenfreude · 18/09/2020 22:22

God it gets worse! There are probably more too...

Cheetahfajita · 18/09/2020 22:53

It'll never get to a court, it's laughable.

I'm so sorry to all those who have been worried, frightened and are suffering from anxiety due to this.

You're not on your own. Stick together and be honest, it's not defamation if its true.

Lots of love to you all.

citykat · 18/09/2020 23:00

I am rooting for you all. The letters are designed to scare, there’s no basis her threats. Such a hypocrite.

PimlicoJo · 19/09/2020 07:11

I've criticised Susie's business on here but have always wished her well personally. I'm truly shocked by these aggressive tactics aimed at silencing people. She's clearly not the person I thought she was.

vkocy · 19/09/2020 09:26

Report me? Confused

I'm doubting the validity and Susie has had a smear campaign against her from users on Mumsnet and tattle. Why is there no screen shot of this legal letter that everyone and their dog claims to have got?

Brogues · 19/09/2020 09:33

You’ve got that smear campaign completely back to front @vkocy

If you hate tattle and what they do so much get yourself over there rather than bitching about it on here.

vkocy · 19/09/2020 09:35

I told them on tattle they were the dredges of society with their lies and misinformation and should unfollow. And they banned me Lol. Looks like the truth cut them deep

TrashPandaTime · 19/09/2020 09:39

Nah @vkocy it looks more like they couldn’t be arsed to listen to your constant whinging.

MrsDuggee · 19/09/2020 09:47

Just delurking to offer support to @happyandloved and anyone else who is being intimidated.

TofinoSurf · 19/09/2020 09:57

I don't know what the legal implications are of sharing a legal letter on a public forum but I'm a bit suspicious about someone so insistent in wanting to see a copy published online. So if anyone has one please be cautious.

There are enough individual comments across various platforms for me to believe these letters are true, including Facebook where people are not anonymous. Plus I've seen Susie's own public responses to negative reviews and criticism and that also supports my belief these letters are true.

Shouldn’t you be spending your time writing up fake 5star Trustpilot reviews?

@vkocy why are you blaming the victims? If you read this whole thread, there has been no bashing. We are just disappointed and frustrated customers. But rather than considering that there might be truth in the dissatisfaction, you call people trolls.
You have also seen no proof that there have been shared screen-shots of clients, name calling and personal details but do you believe that?
I have contributed to all of the threads on Mumsnet and have seen none of this.
