Does SBS not realise she is causing her company irreparable damage. The whole sequence of actions has been astonishing

On Trustpilot SBS say:

"Unfortunately we are unable to identify you from your review, and therefore unable to check our customer records. This means we have no way to rectify any possible mistakes, or address your concerns. If you'd like the opportunity to be reanalysed or for us to rectify any possible mistakes, please email [email protected]."

So you either leave a negative review anonymously and they publicly accuse you of not bothering to feed back, or you can provide them with your details and they will send you a cease and desist letter from a solicitor to try and scare you into removing your review?

Disgusting.

I received similar and emailed TP evidence of my purchase etc to show the validity of my review and asked for my details not to be shared with SBS.

Oh my goodness me @happyandloved, what horrible people. Ignore it, they’re just trying to scare you. I’m sorry you’re having to deal with this now on top of everything else.

Because it’s usually brought to their attention by the person who wants the publicity. SBS will likely make them aware when she feels “on top” of it all.

But Susie should really start using her own advice. There is nothing 'kind' about her company with the nasty behaviour.

I can’t believe she got a tattoo saying #bekind and pulls crap like this! She must see that tattoo hundreds of times every day, I wonder if it makes her think about what she’s doing to people, or whether she’s able to ignore it?

@vkocy if you are here because you legitimately support Susie and you aren’t just stirring for fun then please stop being so blinkered. Why would us anonymous people make this up just fun? I don’t know susie irl, I’m not a competitor, and believe it or not I actually have a fairly busy life so I’m not posting through boredom either! I have nothing to gain from posting here and making things up.

Oh and I meant to say I agree with @Brogues and we should stop blaming MHS and focus on the fact that ultimately the business owner made these decisions and continues to make them.
