I feel sorry for Susie too, she got this massively wrong. Despite the fact that I wasn't enthused by my analysis, I don't wish any harm on her or the other stylists, and I think it's a shame that it's gone this way. It would have been so good to see them take on constructive criticism and change the poor reviews into something positive.
If I was looking for an analysis now I'd be totally put off by the reviews, but moreso by the lack of customer care / handling customer expectations post analysis.

Just watched some Hustle videos. (I haven’t been blocked!)
DP works in media. Her says her advice is absolute nonsense. How bizarre that someone as successful as Susie would be taken in by it all. Whoever made that point about her sounding like she is in an MLM company is spot on. It reminded me of a colleague who became a cosmetic/skincare rep for an MLM. She told me once that the company isn’t about making money or selling make up. It’s about empowering women and giving them freedom. Utter bollocks.
I hope Susie can still turn things round.

Poor Emily. If customers are blocked and treated badly for questioning their analysis, imagine a stylist leaving.
Emily is the most likeable and relatable of all of them. I imagine she will do well. I would definitely get her to pick things for me. I have a few of the same dresses as her.

And introduced lots of women to Kemi Telford too. I'm pleased for Emily but how bad does this look for SBS? It wouldn't surprise me if the stylists are unhappy with MHS. I'm sure many of us have been in a similar situation at work when an outsider comes in and shakes things up in a bad way and it gives some the little nudge they needed to get out.

Has Susie been active on IG stories at all since her diabolical announcement? One of MHS things she continues to push (which I think is a legitimate tactic tbf) is to do speaking to the camera stories each day to increase engagement. MHS stories are so stupid though. She talks about the most pointless things just so she's got a story on your feed. I've stopped watching them. But I'm surprised to see Susie's still continuing to be so inactive on social.

MHS comes across really badly on her stories. She doesn't even look at the camera or 'engage' with it. I don't find her likeable or trustworthy on her stories. They are like being on tv. The customer or viewer has to like them and feel they are getting to know them.
Part of the reason Susie has done well until now, and Emily does well, is that you get a real sense of their personalities through their videos and live broadcasts etc. They are both really warm and friendly. You believe what they say and trust their opinions.

I'm pleased for Emily that she's going solo. I hope Susie is ok. Although I've been critical of her business at times I think she is very likeable and comes across well. This PR woman is a disaster for her.

Do you think Susie has signed into a contract with that Hustle woman and now can't leave? I just can't fathom any other reason she would still be taking advice from her, she is horrible - for someone who comes across so friendly and preaches be kind (even if she is sometimes not so kind in reality) it is utterly BIZARRE that she has hitched her wagon to someone like her and continues to.
