It'd be interesting to find out whether any new members were added around the same time as Emily's departure, to see whether she or another of Susie's spies joined under a pseudonym...

@Ironfloor269

It just goes to show that when you take away all that crap about crystals, moon phases and woe-is-me nonsense, she really has nothing of substance to post...
Spot on.
WawLaDot · 12/09/2020 13:54

I just read the most recent review from the customer who's shape and colours were different. That's appalling. Surely being seen in person is more reliable than photos on a computer, how confusing for her.

kevinn · 12/09/2020 14:06

That lates Trust Pilot review is shocking. What a total shambles. That woman must've spent hundreds.

On the Facebook SBS page, there's a gushing post about how successful the Paetron group is and several 'clients' have (been threatened to) given positive feedback and...and.. one of the main admins of the SBS Sisterhood group has also given her feedback! Now if THAT's not the height of impartiality, I don't know what is.

@Fairykitty go to the SBS Facebook page, scroll down until you see sort of a grid of sneak peek stuff that patreon is offering right now with a gushing post. Scroll down the comments until you see the 'admin' person's very objective and unbiased opinion 😊

The poor customer service continues. One woman has posted in the new group to say that she can’t get onto the new patreon group. Someone promised to e mail back and help but never did. And loads of people saying they were offered free trials but never got them.

YettaTessieMarmelstein · 13/09/2020 09:24

Just had a look at the post mentioned and there aren’t many comments. Posts on the old group used to get loads. And if you are having to rely as admins recommending it then bad decisions have been made

Mamagotskills · 13/09/2020 11:41

Online services aren’t selling out anymore either. There’s still hair analysis available and it always used to sell out super quickly. It’s a real shame.

WawLaDot · 13/09/2020 11:49

They have lost customers and sales - apparently they were aware this would be the case but were willing to take the hit to keep their members "safe". I haven't used the app and I hated Discord when I've used it in the past for gaming, but I fail to see how they are any safer there. If people want to take screenshots or talk about people they come across on there on other sites then they will. It's not all together nice but that's the internet.

YettaTessieMarmelstein · 13/09/2020 12:40

@WawLaDot They must have thought they were successful enough to get past this. Sadly, 12,000 members of the Facebook page aren’t paying the £6 a month.

kevinn · 13/09/2020 16:14

In Susie's world, keeping members 'safe' = controlling content even more than previously. She's so painfully transparent (to everyone other than her).

Ironfloor269 · 13/09/2020 16:39

Keep members safe?? 😂😂 More like, keep Susie safe from negative customer feedback. What a shit show of a business. What I can't fathom is, how come those around her drive some sense into her head? Surely not everyone is as disillusioned as she is.

kevinn · 13/09/2020 17:40

This whole farce is undoubtedly the result of being surrounded by 'yes' people.

I really like the thing Emily did on Insta today of taking a Pinterest outfit and recreating it from the high street. More of that 👍🏻

Sharpeningbeneath · 14/09/2020 09:21

Long time lurker here, came over to see what all the fuss was about and stayed when I realised the fuss was about very little!

Just seen the post in the new Facebook group about SBS backtracking from their months free offer due to the new group. Comments have been switched off so I'm posting my frustrations here instead - how utterly ridiculous. Why are they not considering the splinter group an enormous compliment?! It wasn't like a group of people planned together to set up an alternative group alongside the old Facebook group (although even if they had the wish for more honest feedback on outfits etc could have been a good lesson to learn) I'm amazed that they still have the capacity to amaze me in all this but I really bloody hope they get rid of the main hustle woman swiftly!!
