. . Good to know. Because my order number will obviously be linked to my email address and I do not want any further contact with them or for them to know who I am.

I also received both of those pictures in my hair analysis. I was annoyed when I received it as I have ridiculously thick wavy hair and that bob would make me look like I had a triangle head. I was also recommended to have golden highlights even though as a Winter you're apparently meant to keep away from golden tones. I'm even more annoyed now that SO many of us appear to have received the exact same picture. I didn't expect to have a totally personalised analysis but a bit of consideration for individual circumstances wouldn't have gone amiss!

I have a long face made up mostly of forehead and, shall we say, a strong nose I do usually go for long bobs anyway or let it grow out, but I would usually have my parting to a side and have a sweeping/side fringe. I was advised to leave my parting in the centre and to avoid a fringe. I think i will still try the bob and the colour suggestions, but I think I need the side part and the slight fringe.

I was actually recommended to grow my hair so didn't get the now infamous bob picture but I don't doubt for a minute that others had the same pictures I did. There seemed to be a couple on the old FB group that were also told to grow theirs but seemed to be in the minority.

It's a women only service...she doesn't style men...some might say that's a total bloody lie and completely fabricated...some might say..

What do you mean, not only negative reviews can be fake reviews? I believed every word of those 5* glowing reviews, I feel like a mug now!

It will be a strategy. I've seen more Susie-esque posts from Sarah and Mhairi in her absence so she is clearly taking a break but running it from behind the scenes. I wonder if shes still using that hustle woman?

It just goes to show that when you take away all that crap about crystals, moon phases and woe-is-me nonsense, she really has nothing of substance to post...
