The Julianne Hough Image belongs to Getty’s

Licensing it for commercial use starts at about £130

. . That's an image I just grabbed from Pinterest. Something similar, but not the actual one Susie has in her analysis. I have the pics she included in her analysis but searched them on Pinterest quickly and nothing came up, so just in case she has paid for them from somewhere I didn't post them in here. I can only imagine she'd be straight on here messaging MN HQ to get this thread taken down again and I don't want her to have any justifiable reason to do so.

@WineGetsMeThroughIt Smile try google reverse image search to identify the rights holder of the image used

WineGetsMeThroughIt · 07/09/2020 21:23

@LoriesGar haha, I was going to but had the kids in the bath. Have just done it and yes - here are the two actual images from the hair analysis in question. There must have been 6-7 women who received the same pictures in their analysis

...also claiming copyright over the picture of a celebrity anyone can find online is bad form

Parentinglark · 07/09/2020 21:58

I would have hoped the hairstyles were also tailored to lifestyle and hair type. I have fine, thin hair and have had that hairstyle & it was constant work to keep it looking remotely decent daily. Plus I am not one of those that have the time or energy to put into hair. But would any of that been take into account in an analysis?

I think we can safely assume that very little of what you pay for is tailored to you.

QueenPaws · 08/09/2020 10:44

I know a friend follows the CG method and said that in her analysis none of the products recommended were actually CG safe

Parentinglark · 08/09/2020 11:07

So if they have 3 to 4 stock photos that they bang out to every client they are absolutely making a killing on this particular service. £25 for 15mins work tops by the sounds of it

. I read somewhere that £15 of that goes to the hair stylist and £10 goes to Susie. No idea how the person who posted that knew for sure, or how accurate it was but seems possible
@winegetsmethroughit it was posted by the lady who applied for the hair stylist job.

She was told she would get £15 and susie keeps £10 and all that she needed to apply for the job was her insta handle!
That’s terrible

Yep! I’ve emailed privacy at Trustpilot saying I’m happy to share the details with them to verify but not with the company directly

. . I'd like to do this as well. Where do I find TP contact details?

I found it in their help section - [email protected]

LyraSilvertongueBelacqua · 08/09/2020 22:20

@happyandloved where did the applicant share that info?

Ivgotasecretcanyoukeepit · 08/09/2020 22:23

I see main hustle school is replying to comments on Emily’s post on Instagram Hmm

Pepperwand · 08/09/2020 22:26

I also received both of those pictures in my hair analysis. I was annoyed when I received it as I have ridiculously thick wavy hair and that bob would make me look like I had a triangle head. I was also recommended to have golden highlights even though as a Winter you're apparently meant to keep away from golden tones. I'm even more annoyed now that SO many of us appear to have received the exact same picture. I didn't expect to have a totally personalised analysis but a bit of consideration for individual circumstances wouldn't have gone amiss!
