Hello!

There used to be a lovely what are you wearing today? thread(s) on here for people who were plus size (circa 16/18 and up I think).

Could anyone tell me if they've seen one lately please? If there isn't one on the go, would anyone be interested in joining me on here?

I'm size 16/18. Today I'm in a New Look floral dress and DM boots. Pic attached (hopefully).

Ooh thanks for the snag shorts recommendation, are the sizes about right?

makemeaname the highest part of the hem sits mid calf on me, this is it on a taller slimmer model!
namechangenumber2 for the chub rub shorts I find the sizes spot on but I size down for the tights as they can wrinkle a bit.

I’m a size 18-20 now after having my son nearly a year ago, I was a size 14 when I got pregnant, I have absolutely no idea how to dress myself now so I just wear leggings and baggy t shirts, could definitely do with more inspiration!

Instead of snag shorts I've been wearing these long shorts from sturdy by design https://www.sturdybydesign.com/product/mambo-long-shorts/

They're more expensive, but I don't mind if people see them with their funky pattern. I can also kid myself that I can go and exercise in them later too

Tea - they look fab. I'm trying to reconcile the fact that I can't get the style I want in combo with the colours I want. Don't usually wear black as I'm an autumn but they look sooo comfy!

@Fenella how's the sizing on the H&M jumpsuit? Other than its H&M so likely to be weird. I wouldn't want it too tight across my tummy, bum and thighs.

Buckeejit - they are so comfy! I'm also an autumn, I think you can definitely get away with black on your bottom half if necessary 😀

@zebracat looking at your post on Tuesday about your jeans being slightly big / long. If they have Lycra content in them try washing and tumble drying a few times - I find this tends to shrink them

I'm struggling with pants. My usual knickers are rolling down as I've out weight on in lockdown and I need some belly warmers to wear under summer dresses

My pants have all shrunk during lockdown too. I sized up at Tesco’s and got some cotton size 18s. And all was well until I walked the dogs. Constant hoiking up of pants is not good.

I've got a black t-shirt from boohoo and some black cropped jeans from White Stuff. It's still pretty humid here.
The first time I've worn actual jeans and not jeggings/leggings in far too long!

Hi, I'm a size 22-24. Today I'm at home all day do dressing for comfort/heat. Navy jersey shorts from TU & white jersey strapped cami from TU & that's it.

Morning all. Cloudy here today but still very hot so wearing an oversized black tee tucked into a maxi pleated skirt and white pumps. Looking at these photos has made me realise how much weight I've put on in lockdown so off for a long walk now!

Just a scruffy day today. Wearing this and some toms shoes

I'm wearing a cotton skater style dress I bought from Sainsburys a hundred years ago. I hope it looks better on me than it does on the hanger!

Can I join? I'm 18/20 but have lost weight following birth of DD so have some 22 stuff still also.
As it's boiling and I have a baby, I'm in a white scrappy nursing vest from Sainsbury and khaki shorts from tesco. I'm not planning on leaving the house in this outfit though!
I'm hoping to pick up some tips from you lovely ladies as I'm so out of touch after wearing just tents until DD was born and I do feel a big frump.
