Just ordering myself a box from this outfit:

No idea when it will arrive but I thought it looked good, ordered one for DH too (in "dark" and "plain", he's a boring sod).

I think they are also trying to avoid a slew of bad publicity from very disgruntled customers. There was a lot of talk on twitter about trading standards and i'd imagine they want to avoid that.

I've chased up my order, apparently it'll be here in a couple of weeks. Taking it to 4 months since I ordered!

Yep I ordered at the end of May and haven’t had anything yet. Will it ever come?!

I've given up and requested a refund for my two boxes. Ordered end of May and given the change of season and what I've seen of the items on sm, they'd have gone straight in the charity bag.

Legally if a whole entire order is returned the delivery charge has to be refunded too. I have had problems with Selfridge's and another shop not refunding the postage. I googled then quoted the section of the law about refunds and both shops then refunded me.

Well despite my post of 27 Aug, still nothing, so I too have given up and just sent an email requesting a refund.

I've had an email saying they'll refund postage too @Housewife2010. Payment pending but looks positive

Reading with interest. DH ordered around start of May and still.... nothing.

There was a post on the "lost stock we've lost faith" Facebook page that really concerned be. Basically it's looking like Sajida has only received about 10% of the money it should have based on published sales figures. Even taking into account the fact there will be many returns that seems very low. It seems there is £1.2 million unaccounted for. Hopefully the money will turn up!

I’ve just spotted this thread. I read about Lost Stock in Grazia, thought I sounded like a good idea and ordered in May. It arrived mid August. Considering I requested equivalent to size 10, tops in plain/bold colours, I got 2 tops (one tiny, one massive, both sparkly pastel with frills and flounces) and a tent dress made out of curtains or something I was a bit disappointed! It did give m husband and son a laugh while I modelled then though

Add to that the shit quality and I was miffed about the claims of decent brands but reading about the Matalan range here it makes sense now.

I’ll be donating the stuff to charity so will just write the whole thing off as charity one way or another. Hopefully the portion of the price going to the charity will have had a positive impact somewhere. And those making a profit out of clearly mis-selling what could have been so much better will get what they deserve.

You can return your items for a full refund including postage of your want to, @MoveOnTheCards and donate whatever portion of that you want directly to the charity. I was lucky and cancelled my order in time but you do still have options.

I don’t think I have any of the delivery paperwork @NotJustACigar. I also Mentally wrote off the money as I paid for it so long ago, I’m just surprised at how wrong my order was! If I were 20 years younger And a dress size smaller (with no mum tum) I might have worn one of the tops, if I were considerably older I might turn the dress into cushion covers! .

Mine hasn't even arrived or been despatched yet. Ordered mid may..

think I'll cancel and donate to something instead. I bought a load of gap cotton vests at the weekend and don't need any more!

I wish they would switch those that haven't been delivered yet to Autumn clothes.

Very disappointed that the money doesn't seem to be added up for the charity.

Mine's in the "packing" stage though of course if I change to the Autumn range who's to say it will arrive before March?

I was all set to swap but if it's really just vest tops I'm afraid despite being a keen early adopter (or possibly because of it) I may be sending it back.

Have you been keeping an eye on the Lost Stock three ways posts? Surely no-one rolls up a dress to wear it as a blouse or puts a polo neck under a vest to make it winter-wear!!!

They have been refusing to let people change to the autumn box anyway, drspouse. And no I've never seen anyone do either of those things "in the wild", Mumofone !

I’ve had an email saying it was due to be packed in the 14th Sept, so we’ll see...

I realise it’s all going to be the wrong season but I guess summer will be here one day. If I don’t like it, I’ll just treat it as a donation to charity I guess, see if any of my friends want the clothes and if not give to the charity shop.

Mine still hasn't arrived and the shipping hasn't changed either.

I ordered 23rd May, only just got my tracking number today so it’ll be at least 2 more weeks. It’s a joke!

Royal Mail have mine (I just checked) so fingers crossed it will arrive in the next few weeks. If it’s nothing I can wear, or refashion, maybe I’ll take up quilting. So many people were pushing it, I really hoped it would help someone. Now I feel it’s a scam.

I've just received mine and I won't be wearing any of the items - I'll try and attach photos. No sign of DH's box which I ordered at the same time.

Mine finally arrived today too and I actually did ok! I’ll definitely wear 2 of the tops and probably will wear the other next summer. Not worth the 19 week wait though!!

Oh dear @BlueTongueSkink - they are not good. What option did you go for? If you can remember after 19 weeks?
