Are you....Bored so buying loads (currently me) trying to nail that elusive perfect summer wardrobe so buying loads (me) staying at home not seeing anyone so not buying any? Saving tons of money waiting for the next season you'll be "seen"?!

I cant be arsed any more. I bought some tshirt type dresses from H&m but they was in a, m, l, xl with no indication of what size that meant. Two fit so I'm just planning to live in them. I dont see anyone outside my house anyway now.

I'm trying to buy clothes that I have, not the life I would prefer so no nice tops for dinner out with dh or evening drinks with friends. Maybe when we do go out I will buy one item as lockdown breaking treat.

I ordered a pink boilersuit during a work zoom meeting today!

I have no idea why.

Elasticated waists a-go-go.

Couldn’t give a damn. Which is a HUGE change.

Bought 2 pairs of chinos, 2 stripy t shirts. Seem to be living in a variety of striped tops and chinos or linen shorts. And metallic Birkenstock's.

My work wardrobe looks odd just hanging there. I've put a fair amount in charity bags as we've gone to a relaxed dress code permanently at work and it won't get worn.

My online shopping mojo seems to have gone for the moment but I'm glad people are still spending.

I’ve bought quite a few things over the past couple of days mostly some oasis items that Next still have in stock. Quite gutted Oasis are no longer

I've had a fairly major cull of clothes during lockdown.

I've only purchased 3 things online - some mid arm length v neck shirts.

I'm DYING to get dressed up.

I've been wearing jeans, shirts tucked in and flats. Have worn shorts this week as it's been hot. Will wear a dress tomorrow I think 🤔

i've got zero interest currently, there really is no point if you aren't going out and are not heading out to work ( i am not doing either). I'd rather send a gift to a friend if i want to 'shop' for a mood boost than buy more clothes that will barely get worn. The first clothing item i've bought was a pair of leggings, which probably says it all.

I think being on lockdown for me, has really highlighted how much i shopped for psychological reasons, rather than any need or practicality, whatever i liked to tell myself. I would really like to absorb that and change my habits as it just seems a bit of a meaningless hobby and crutch.

I hate online shopping for clothes. I want to see how things are made, try them on etc. I'm (like lots of people) different sizes in different shops and even between items in the same shop, so find it hard to buy without seeing, so I have bought a lot less. Just picked up some leggings, a basic t shirt, a pair of soft stretchy harem trousers from the supermarket and a non wire bra from bravissimo (where I was luckily measured before lockdown). I don't want to be in the post office sending loads of things back and waiting weeks for refunds.

I did buy some things for DD from h&m but loads of sizes are out of stock at the moment.

I prefer online shopping and haven’t been around the shops for years. I wait for the 30% off everything promotions and stock up. The main problem is the returns at the moment so I am avoiding for a few more weeks and then see where we are.

I am dressing for comfort at the moment though and feeling scruffy.

I have only just started trying to lose weight I've gained during the pandemic so that i can wear my lovely dresses. Ive spent the pandemic in very large toast trousers - they do "roomy" like no one else and are my go to for home wear but I've sadly grown into them. Sad

I’m a weird anomaly in that I’ve lost a stone and a half during lockdown. It was my birthday just before and I got a couple of work dresses that are now too big on me, which is annoying in the other direction... most days I’m slouching around in stretchy cottony trousers and t shirts that don’t look great but there’s no point doing anything about it right now.
Having been told this week we probably won’t go back till the new year I’ve abandoned my search for perfect summer work shoes and am now looking for hot weather bargains on new winter boots instead, at least they should still fit whatever happens!

I still love clothes. Bloody love them.
I’m just hunting through sales, eBay etc for bargains as it’s more a hobby for me than anything.
Trying hard to lose weight now and lost this week. I’m rewarding myself with a new purchase when I’m a stone down.

Going through my excessive summer wardrobe and ruthlessly getting rid of things that don't fit. I wore a long length skirt to the park with the DCs yesterday!

I had bought some dresses and skirts and tops for work ! Which is crazy as I most likely won’t be back until September. Let’s hope it’s a warm one! I can’t fit into last years Summer work clothes due to Lockdown weight gain so I suppose I am being hopeful we will go back and want to be prepared.

wearing leggings & t-shirt as tend to do yoga.

I've been doing yoga in dress and leggings or work blouse and joggers, changing into work trousers after.
I wore the same pair of jeans for the first 3 weeks though so I'm determined to get everything worn.

I'm really struggling with clothes right now.
I was before lockdown to be honest. Had lost my way style-wise, caught up in a horrible conflict of not liking clothes shopping, unflattering mirrors in changing rooms, unreliable sizings, cheap fabrics plus not wanting to contribute to the whole 'fast fashion' thing. Plus a hobby that doesn't lend itself to looking particularly stylish - muddy hikes in all weathers.

First few weeks of lockdown were bliss - a rotation of the same few t-shirts and yoga pants. But now that there are opportunities to go out a bit more, and a proper return to work is looming, I'm getting a sense of dread again. I can't bear the thought of the same old stuff but equally can't bear the thought of shopping for new.

I really ought to get a style analysis done and work through what really suits me and invest in some decent pieces. Truth be told tho I can't be arsed so I only have myself to blame really.

Sorry. That turned into more of a grumpy ramble than I thought. Must've needed to get that off my chest! But if anyone wants to take me under their wing and sort me out style wise just say so Smile

Like a PP, I feel ambivalent. I bought a lot of gorgeous Spring stuff before lockdown and haven’t worn it - I’m still buying a few bits but my hearts not in it as there’s nowhere to wear it.
