@Sickoffamilydrama my ds1 was like that wake up at 5 something bright as a pin ready to play thankfully ds2 is lazy and will spend a couple of hours in bed watching tv.

It’s finally sunny again. I’ve just had coffee in the garden for the first time in almost 2 weeks. Gosh everything has grown. Including the weeds and the lawn.

I use smart closet though not as much as I used to it is handy.

We’re staying in today. Got the bifold doors fully open & enjoying the lovely weather.

Shorts: H&M (new! I only had one pair of shorts which were super low rise & not comfy so bought these “sweatshirt shorts”. I really like them)

Thanks all for the early morning sympathy, unfortunately my eldest who is nearly 13 was the same and still is although when I get a normal amount of sleep I'm an early riser, DD & I wandered round our hotel in Cyprus at 6 one morning the gardens and sea was magical at that time.

Love this dress from Dorothy Perkins, but this photo has made me realise it does nothing for me! I'm sure I had a waist somewhere once upon a time

It’s much more overcast than I was expecting. Although it doesn’t really matter as I’m going to get changed and do some more painting in a bit.

I’m trying out my new slim boyfriend jeans from Jigsaw (I couldn’t resist: 50% off in the sale and only my size in stock). They’re the lowest rise jeans I’ve found for a while (even mid-rise normally sit above my bellybutton). I’m definitely drawn towards a looser fit these days - I haven’t contemplated a pair of skinnies since last summer.

@OublietteBravo those Jigsaw jeans look really good on you. I've never thought of them as a jeans brand. And love the sandals.

@Justonedayatatime11 I really like that dress think you look very summery and it suits you. I wouldn't be too hard on yourself, I can see you have a waist.  my own waist is hidden under lockdown comfort eating padding.

I'm in one of my new Matalan outfits. Top to toe. Well except the belt which is Mint Velvet. Hoping the sun breaks through. It's cloudy but warm here.

Trying to avoid the Mint Velvet sale at the moment. My other half has gone to play golf so an afternoon lazing with dog and watching Murder she Wrote and Midsummer Murders beckons. And NO online shopping
