I’ve run out of my usual liz Earle a few weeks ago and just been using soap but my skin is getting awful

I’ve now seen the news about the liz Earle tribunal so thinking I’d be better trying another brand

Must not be tested on animal and must be available to buy online

Superdrug Vit E is the holy grail for me. My skin adores it.

riddles26 · 08/04/2020 07:24

I adore Lyonsleaf cleansing balm. Ethically made and packaged plus lasts ages

sparklefarts · 08/04/2020 07:30

Aldi's own. Honestly, it's great.

SpeckledyHen · 08/04/2020 07:38

Superdrug Vit E . Smells so much better that the LE too .

DianaT1969 · 08/04/2020 07:40

Superdrug Naturally Radiant (green box). I love it. Smells great too. I originally had Liz Earle, but preferred this. Bargain cost in comparison.

dancemom · 08/04/2020 07:45

Yy to Superdrug Naturally Radiant

Hippofrog · 08/04/2020 07:47

The Aldo one is great

Hippofrog · 08/04/2020 07:47

Aldi not Aldo

coachman · 08/04/2020 07:55

Aldi. Or Body Shop Camomile cleansing butter

TeddyIsaHe · 08/04/2020 07:56

Aldi or the Superdrug one. Both miles better than Liz Earle. And cheap!

MoltoAgitato · 08/04/2020 07:56

Superdrug Vit E. Brilliant stuff.

Southernfried · 08/04/2020 07:58

Superdrug Naturally Radiant Is my favourite It really makes my skin clear and soft.

ps1991 · 08/04/2020 08:00

The Superdrug one is fab. In fact all the Superdrug skin care range I have tried have been lovely!

I adore the REN balm, rose centrafolia No.1. There's another one called hot cloth something, but is not as good.

Don't think I've ever seen my one on here. It lasts for ages, smells amazing, and I just love using it. It's the only thing that's made me wash my face consistently, properly.

REN No.1 Cleansing Balm

Rebelwithallthecause · 08/04/2020 08:50

Love Ren products
Hadn’t thought of them

Il try and get that and then have the lacura one on list as back up as can’t seem to buy that or Superdrug one online at the moment

Not a hot cloth cleansers but when I take my makeup off the first cleanse I do is with The Body Shop chamomile cleansing balm- I use a warm muslin to take it off

I also use the REN perfect canvas jelly oil cleanser. It first comes out really think and you massage it into your face for a bit, run your hands under water, massage some more and it turns into a milky texture. I use my muslin for this too

Both excellent products and I'd say both are affordable too (The Body shop especially so)

lborgia · 08/04/2020 13:33

Yay for REN! Hope you love it as much as I do!

Fluffycloudland77 · 08/04/2020 17:10

Grape seed oil would work too.

Lily193 · 08/04/2020 17:15

Votary rose geranium or super seed

pangolina · 08/04/2020 18:42

I use the body shop camomile cleansing butter with a hot cloth, it is brilliant

citygirl1961 · 08/04/2020 19:29

You can't use the Superdrug one on your eyes I believe. Is it OK for sensitive skin?

Soontobe60 · 08/04/2020 19:45

I've swapped from the Liz Earle to the Superdrug Naturally Radiant, trying other expensive brands in between. The Superdrug one is by far the best. I have rosacea and very sensitive eyes but it leaves my skin feeling soft, clean and not at all sensitive. It even gets rid of my waterproof mascara with ease. I now stock up when it's on offer. Last time it was 2 for 1.

WobblyLondoner · 08/04/2020 19:51

Has anyone tried both the Superdrug ones? I use the Vit E version and am quite happy with it - what's the difference between that and the Naturally Radiant one?

Roselilly36 · 08/04/2020 19:56

The Aldi one is really nice.

citygirl1961 · 08/04/2020 20:54

Soontobe60 - I've looked at the Superdrug one before and on the packet it says to avoid the eyes so that put me off it as Liz Earle you can use on your eyes too. Which muslin cloths do you use with it?
