Oh loads of lovely links.
Great Ganni purchases mara. It's the perfect brand for you.

Love the gold boots stokey. I could see Bernice in those too.

Those lace up boots are a style departure for you dry but I can see you looking great in them with the chunky MD knit.

Love your kids coat viva - how was the date??

MrsM the sparkly top will be good for Zoom Christmas parties. The Tiger top is great too.

6 Christmas trees caroline ShockGrin I love how you are 'all in' on everything you do. I think a home office tree is essential this year.

I did a little bit of Black Friday shopping. I bought this dress at 25% off. The print is very out there for me but it makes me smile. We're lucky enough here to be able to have Christmas parties so this will be my party dress for the season styled with tan block heeled sandals and gold hoop earrings.

I love that dress @libertyonhertravels it’s fantastic!

Definitely all in at Christmas Chez Bingley! It takes the whole weekend to decorate the house (we do ground and 1st floor) with lots of mulled wine, Christmas snacks and songs to keep us goingGrin And dh has just agreed to the tree in my home office Grin

Themarvellousmrsm · 29/11/2020 11:41

Ooo absolutely love that dress lib - will look so nice with tan sandals.

We're putting up outside lights today & possibly the welcome lights in windows etc. Tree won't go up for another couple of weeks. Sadly dh does not want a tree for his home office - he spends all day on webex so thought it would be nice for people to have a bit of festive cheer - his face said it all Hmm Grin Maybe I can get him into a christmas jumper fat chance

DryWhiteagainW · 29/11/2020 18:55

Put my tree up yesterday, I know it’s early but these are crazy times!
Liberty I love that dress, v different for you but you will look amazing in it.
Caroline I pull those skirts off because I’m FABULOUS daaaaaaarling.....and possibly deluded Grin
Stokey Eborian CC is fab stuff.
Viva my leather skinnies are a tad constricting at the mo.....wore them to Specsavers (any opportunity to get dressed up) and had mild problem breathing....but I looked great Grin
So...this year I have a style challenge. I’m wearing a christmas jumper outfit every day I’m at work in December (those of you who know what I do will understand ) and I’m quite excited.

Stokey · 30/11/2020 11:14

Brilliant Dry think we need daily links! I wore my pleather skinnies last week & they were a struggle to get into.

MrsM loved the sparkly Whistles jumper and the tiger

Lib amazing dress - jealous of your freedom, NZ have dealt with this so well.

Caroline your dedication to Christmas is impressive. We're not getting our tree for a couple of weekends as hadn't really clocked you need to book a time slot to choose one. I have got some mince pies arriving tomorrow though.

Excited for Advent calendars tomorrow. I missed out on Fenwick's which I really wanted so ended up panic buying Liberty's when it came back in stock. I need to clear an enormous space in my bedroom somewhere today to fit it in!

CarolineBingley · 30/11/2020 12:58

@DryWhiteagainW ha! Can’t wait to see pics.

@Stokey ugh I feel your pain. I am afraid of pulling on leather skinnies (which I normally wear at this time of the year) to discover they don’t fit.Hmm

The Christmas decor hasn’t gone up yet. Tomorrow morning everyone will be woken up with Christmas music (ceiling speakers in each room) as it’s my 1 December tradition to mark the start of Christmas. The family are already very very afraidGrin

VivaVegas · 01/12/2020 12:44

Liberty date went well, we've met a couple more times, so far so good!

VivaVegas · 01/12/2020 12:45

Question for you, my Christmas nights out are now literally outside to comply with restrictions. I have my fab new boots and faux fur coat but I need a hat!

I have lots of bobble hats for daytime but would quite like something a bit different for nights out.

Never thought I'd be asking this for a Christmas night out, but any suggestions welcome!

VivaVegas · 02/12/2020 17:27

Damn, my going out hat question killed the thread 🤣

CarolineBingley · 02/12/2020 18:26

Lol! I actually thought hard about it but forgot to post @VivaVegas. I would be wearing either a sparkly cashmere beanie (I think mine is from White Company?) Or a sparkly black or silver beret? I suspect your face shape might suit a beret more? (It's angular?)

VivaVegas · 02/12/2020 18:54

Blingy might have to look for a sparkly beret, I have a day off to do my Christmas shopping on Friday so can look then.

Not sure I can pull it off but can only try 🤣

MarshaBradyo · 02/12/2020 18:56

Viva soft not stiff beret type hat

Themarvellousmrsm · 02/12/2020 19:26

I have a navy fedora, black bobble hat & grey sparkly beanie which is my current favourite and warmest. Tbh, I'm thinking of digging out the old trapper hat with ear flaps (last used whilst freezing cheering on dc's various sporting matches) as it's so flipping cold atm

Themarvellousmrsm · 03/12/2020 11:15

Now my mention of a trapper hat has definitely killed the thread 🤣

Applefairy · 03/12/2020 15:23

I bought a few things from Matches, but all of it except for some sunglasses went back.

I’ve done a big Outnet order this week. Will do a few links.

I’m going back to my office next week for the first time since early March! We are allowed back but still encouraged to work from home. I have a coffee date so quite excited to dress up!

Applefairy · 03/12/2020 15:32

This dress, which may be awful on but the colour should suit me.

MarshaBradyo · 03/12/2020 15:38

Wow Applefairy incredible dress

MrsM dd goes around in a big furry hat with ears, it’s a good look Grin

Speaking of which we had a lovely mini MU with Mara in a cold park a week it so ago. Was really nice

Applefairy · 03/12/2020 15:58

These two coats: this and this. I’ll see if either is worth keeping.

I have a leopard Boden coat (more a textured/boiled wool) from a few years ago but it has never been quite right.

I’ve put away all my winter clothes and I think I wore maybe 1% of them last Southern Hemisphere winter. I mostly wore gym leggings and heat tech. And sweatshirts. And a single v neck black knit for zoom (although I stopped bothering when everyone else had the camera off).

For the daily walk I ended up using a plain black snowboard jacket that was far more practical than any of my beautiful coats (and was an overpriced, desperate, ski resort buy one weekend when I found myself with no ski jacket).

And an old J Crew back puffer jacket for non rainy days.

Montelliana boots were my surprise best wear - highly recommend these. My most complimented item last season! Also comfortable and warm.

I really lost my fashion mojo there for a while.

Even though we are still wfm, I am feeling inspired to dress up a bit more, even doing makeup. I notice more people have their cameras on.

Now I’m quite excited about all my summer dresses and shoes.

Applefairy · 03/12/2020 16:18

this and this.

I’m very matchy matchy for skiing and stick to a red, black and white palette.

A few other things I can link tomorrow. I only came on here as I couldn’t sleep but I will hopefully nod off and dream of dressing up now Smile

MarshaBradyo · 03/12/2020 17:32

Love all those Applefairy

Stokey · 04/12/2020 13:42

Great buys Applefairy particularly love the Unreal coat and the red ski jumper.

It's freezing in London. I got completely soaked twice on the school run yesterday and then had to go straight into a meeting with wet trousers. So this morning I went out and bought one of the Arket down coats. I did want the long one but it came down to my ankles, so went for the shorter version which still is down to my knees! Anyway have got some outdoor entertaining over the next few days so am hoping I'll feel like I'm wearing a duvet.

Applefairy · 05/12/2020 05:18

Stokey great coat, it’s a perfect basic. I predict you’ll get a lot of wear out of it. I’d love it in the brown but it’s sold out, they don’t deliver to wear I live and it is summer here soon!

Plus I have far too many coats already Grin

Applefairy · 05/12/2020 05:19
