This thread is for those that LOVE beauty products... so much so they hoard them, and covet them and behold the beauty that they contain 🥰🥰🥰🥰

Finished a Peter Thomas Roth enzyme pumpkin mask. It was part of a set of 6 different masks, and of the ones I have tried, this is the best one. The smell is so nice (smells of pumpkin pie).
It does have scrubby bits in which I am not a fan of, but I would probably buy this one in a full size version.

Babysharkdoodoodood · 06/02/2020 16:59

@Experiment627 Not feeling much better, but back to work on Saturday. GP is insisting it's an infection, but they've managed to lose 2 of my samples so far Angry. Had a weeks worth of antibiotics and still no change. Sigh.

Anyway ordered the Cetaphil and Superdrug radiance toner online and it came today. Free shipping as over a tenner and I'm a health & beauty club member. I'll start using them when I've finished the Aldi toner and an Alpha-H rose cleanser I got in a box. Also on the dregs of my Clarins melting cleanser (Brilliant for make-up removal). Still have a few tubes of that stashed as I went on a binge buy when I heard it had been discontinued. Sad

Experiment627 · 07/02/2020 05:31

@Babysharkdoodoodood sorry to hear that! Really hope you feel better soon.
I had to take two days off work to look after a sick kwicklet and today I have taken as holiday as I have a professional declutterer coming to sort out my office/Kwicklet's room (although I think it will be some time before kwicklet moves there!).
I have not had much sleep this week... I wonder if I can let her get on with it and sleep? Grin

Anyhoo Happy Friyay everyone!

Costacoffeeplease · 08/02/2020 14:29

2 minis today, origins serum and filorga multi-correcting cream. Both fine but nothing special

Caggie09 · 08/02/2020 20:21

Mini bio effect EGF serum, i liked it. Wouldnt go out my way to buy it though.

Salted caramel body butter. I do love a body butter, i love having soft skin. I oftem stroke myself and im amazed how soft i amBlush

Gucci Premiere perfume. This is soo old. The bottle has started to lose the gold tarnish to it. Was on of my first "grow up" fragrances. Someone did compliment me the other day when i was wearing it, which is always nice to know i actually smell of it.. This is one i wont miss in my collection.

tigerbear · 09/02/2020 08:39

@CherryMargo no idea re the same ingredients in both! I’m scared to look too closely on the Paula’s Choice website, as I know I’ll end up buying more stuff.
I’ve got my first empty! Used up my bottle of the Liquid Exfoliant!
It’s one of the only things I can see myself buying again and again, it’s done absolute wonders for my skin. Already on to the next bottle.

IPokeBadgers · 09/02/2020 15:38

Finished a bottle of Body Shop shower gel....was only a small 60ml bottle of Balkan Juniper which i bought in the post Christmas sale. Liked it ok but wouldn't repurchase.

ememem84 · 09/02/2020 19:52

Clarins day moisturiser finished.

LivingDeadGirlUK · 09/02/2020 22:55

Using a peppermint and tea tree foot treatment, one of the ones where you stick your feet in bags. Very relaxing so far.

WellTidy · 09/02/2020 23:04

I’ve dipped in and out of this thread for a few years. It’s been great for me in the past and I’ve maintained creating my lists of targets even though I haven’t always posted. I am a massive beauty hoarder. I’ve made lists of everything I have again so that I can create my lists of targets. It is horrifying. I have 14 bars of soap for gods sake. And 17 body moisturisers, some of which are 400ml.

RJnomore1 · 09/02/2020 23:05

I’m back after a considerable absence.

It’s got out of hand again. I’m on a mission to finish 100 items. I cannot believe how many products I have. I go mad for beauty boxes and minis and then Xmas comes...

Thank you Experiment. I am on a roll!

CherryMargo · 11/02/2020 00:33

I’ve used up three foil sachets (GWPs received in 2019) 🚮 It was my first encounter with Jurlique products, so I was very curious to try them.

  1. Jurlique Moisture Plus Rare Rose Cream (2 ml) – I haven’t noticed any moisturising effect whatsoever, it just sat on my skin and took forever to absorb

  2. Jurlique Herbal Recovery Signature Eye Cream (1 ml) – the brightening and smoothing effect that this cream promises to deliver is achieved only due to mica, which made the cream very noticeable under my eyes; didn’t particularly enjoy its strong herbal scent either; and – again – it took a while to absorb

  3. Jurlique UV Defence Lotion SPF 50 (3 ml) – chemical SPF, greasy and smells of clay (or wet soil?); broke me out rather badly and I cannot figure out which of its ingredients did that

For the reasons above, I will not purchase any of these products.

Babysharkdoodoodood · 13/02/2020 10:55

Finally finished Clarins Melting cleanser. Also John Frieda hide the grey shampoo and conditioner. Also a Lacura rose oil, but bought 2 so onto the new one.

Then got my monthly Cohorted box. Complete set of monuspa skincare, shampoo and conditioner! So I've got that to get through. It's lovely stuff.

Costacoffeeplease · 13/02/2020 19:15

@Caggie09 thank you so much the Laura mercier powder arrived today 😘

CantChoose · 13/02/2020 21:43

Oh hi @cravingthelook! Dod you used to posts excellent eyeshadow pics or have I made that up?!
I feeL like I must have finished something since I last posted ages ago but I can’t think. BabyCant is having a sleep regression so I can barely remember my own name tbh but wanted to pop back and say hi!

CantChoose · 13/02/2020 21:49

Now I think of it I’ve finished a Toni & Guy hair volumising mousse that came in a beauty box.
I was dubious but actually really liked it and would repurchase but I have a few things to use first.

I have a travel size mousse of something else but nothing comes out when I push it, any ideas?!
