Hi everyone,

Following from thread 1 please feel free to tell us about your plus size outfits and post pictures to give us all a bit of inspiration.

Thanks to all who have contributed and made this such a safe space.

I love Junarose alias. I've had some really lovely things from there.

Trying for about the four hundredth time today to post my outfit photo! It was our staff Christmas meal, but I also had to trek to London for a long meeting first, so it's not super glam, but it is a bit sparkly.

Shopping trip and nice lunch today up north and heavy rain forecast all day in terms clothing and practicalities what would be best (Knee length skirt & tights n boots or trousers n boots) my jacket is only bum length?

Daddylonglegs you've probably sorted it out by now. Looks wet but warmer than it has been, so I'd be tempted by tights because they'll dry more quickly.

Can you stylistas advise me? Hotter is having a sale. I need flat comfy shoes and boots, with a good squidgy soles.

I don't rate my shoe taste- it doesn't seem to align with anyone else's!

What should I get? Can you look for me? It's not a huge range.

Sprinkle I have got bad feet and DH who would love me to totter around in 6 inch heels and be 6’6’ says I have got terrible taste in shoes. I have an old pair of Hotter boots but I wore my newer Joseph Siebel boots today which were super comfy and warm for an all day shopping trip.

Not sure if I'm stylish enough to advise you, but I really like the Pixie boots, sprinkle.

I've decided after a lot of mental anguish to go into the shop kn a couple of weeks. I need to try things on, I think. Even if I end up making a note of what's comfy, and waiting for another sale!

I'm definitely not best placed to advise either, but I do have experience of these.

I have some of the Whisper ankle boots in purple suede. They aren't my favourite boots in terms of style but they are really comfortable. I had to size down a half size in them, they are quite wide.

I tried on the Pixie boot at the same time. They were a slightly narrower fit. I think I preferred the style (they didn't have my size in the colour).

If you're not set on leather, it might be worth looking at heavenly feet as well. They have memory foam soles. There might be sales in some stockists. Main site is

Maybe at a push I'd wear the Tenby boots, but non of the others I'm afraid. It is a comfy flat boot your looking for? Ankle?

Today I'm wearing a comfy outfit, jumper from primark and velour bottoms are ancient juicy coutures! Must get changed later though as I have a wreath making class 🤷🏻‍♀️

@RougeVinEtFromage I'm not fussy, I just want to walk for half an hour without feeling pain! I'm quite happy to fit the rest of wardrobe around them, if I have to! I'd probably happily get a pair of ankle boots and a pair of shoes. I'll go and look at the Tenby.

I saw some nice red Mary Jane's today and am trying to calculate how I'd make them work!

Here I am in Gap GF Jeans, DM Joy Lynns, Uniqlo tee and a M&S vest underneath.

tinsel I have red Mary Jane's and think they look great with jeans and dresses. Sadly not my beloved dungarees though as I really look like a toddler in the two together .

What do you do about socks? I wear black socks with my black MJs, I'd be happy with no socks in the summer, but what about winter?
