Does anyone have these jeans from topshop? They are getting a lot of love and I'm tempted, they look like a good shape and you know how I love my jeans!

neveradullmoment99 · 03/11/2019 09:22

I don't buy jeans from there but maybe @Ellapaella ?
I love hush jeans but££

neveradullmoment99 · 03/11/2019 09:25

So, on my toast order. Jumper is lovely (olive and burgundy fairisle) Fit in small is neat but i did want it that way. The cord crops are more or less full length but have decided to keep. Ordered a couple of skirts. Going to wait for the sale for those and may do for the olive jumper as ive spent a lot this month.

Sooverthemill · 03/11/2019 09:33

@never that Toast order sounds fab. Photos? How soft is the knitwear? I'm being massively tempted by this from brora and wondering about asking for it for Christmas. Assume similar quality to Toast at those prices? Never bought from Brora before but trying to stick to classics and sustainable stuff

SoyYo · 03/11/2019 09:33

Morning!
@never sounds like a great Toast try on and would love to see a link or photo of the olive jumper. The M&S cocoon coat is lovely too.

With the 10% off I’ve ordered (to try you understand 😉) the coated biker jeans and luci sparkly boat neck jumper and a starry hair clip. I’ll report back!

neveradullmoment99 · 03/11/2019 13:10

Sorry about the crappy link. If i get a chance, i will post a photo. Going to keep the wide leg trousers i think. I may return the jumper for the medium. Its lovely with the cords.

neveradullmoment99 · 03/11/2019 13:12

Or i may wait it out for their xmas sale. I reckon the cords will sell out. The jumper wont. I love the unusual colour combo.

neveradullmoment99 · 03/11/2019 13:16

Cords
www.toa.st/uk/product/womens+corduroy/c4mci/cord+wide+leg+trousers.htm?clr=C4MCI_BrownSlate_sw

They are full length on me more or less. They have a sizeable hem too.

Sooverthemill · 03/11/2019 16:08

@neveradullmoment99 I love that jumper! I think it would be too itchy for me sadly. The cords are nice too, really lovely.
I have ordered a H&M knock off jumper like the Brora one to see how much I can wear that style. If I do then I may invest in the sale I think.

SoyYo · 03/11/2019 18:31

Love the jumper never agree it’s an unusual colour combo and the cords are such a great shape...it’ll be hard to return so yes keep something this time!

Laska2Meryls · 03/11/2019 19:05

Oo oo never you've ordered the Toast jumper that I want!! ( but in the the colour)
Please can we have a photo?
The cords are really lovely also , a lot like my Oliver Bonas ones..

Laska2Meryls · 03/11/2019 19:06

I love the Brora one also soover

neveradullmoment99 · 03/11/2019 20:32

I will post a photo but its a bit dark now so wont really see it. Will try for one when I come home from work tomorrow.
I would love to see a link of the one you have ordered @Sooverthemill

neveradullmoment99 · 03/11/2019 20:32

Always love a dupe...

Sooverthemill · 03/11/2019 21:51

I've gone for this one which is by no means identical but a similar enough style for me to test run it before spending £££.
There's another toast one I've pinned too which is lovely but still not sure about the wool content.

neveradullmoment99 · 03/11/2019 22:01

Its very nice sooverthemill :) I have a similar one that I got from white stuff last year.

twosoups1972 · 03/11/2019 22:30

That’s a lovely jumper @Sooverthemill

taybert · 04/11/2019 08:04

Well, I ended up keeping the grey waffle hoody and have worn it loads over half term, it’s a really handy garment and looks a bit less casual than a jersey hoody, I was pleased with it but.........it’s going very bobbly! Sad At first it was just under the arms but now it’s all over the front. It’s really disappointing, I’ve not even washed it yet. Has anyone got any experience with Hush customer service over issues like this? Is it worth an email? I’m cross!

taybert · 04/11/2019 08:08

Here it is. To be fair the front isn’t too bad but the arm is properly bobbly! I’m just thinking it’s making a garment I’ve worn for a week look really old. And it was £65. Am I being reasonable do you think?

It wasn’t even £65, it was £75!

Sooverthemill · 04/11/2019 08:26

@taybert judging by the comments about such issues in the reviews for garments, hush does seem to care about quality. I would phone or email them. I've had good service from them about other issues and they seem genuinely helpful.

My hunt for fair isles was inspired by this blog which in itself was because we all had such a rubbish day yesterday I was reading it in the dark in DDs room. Some great ideas for autumn

ilovecherries · 04/11/2019 08:41

I’ve had issues with a couple of garments over the years. They usually ask you to send them back for assessment - it goes to a different address from the regular returns - and then it’s refunded within a couple of weeks.

Thanks, I’ve sent an email. I’m mainly cross because it was a really useful thing to throw on but £75 is really too much when it looks so bad now.

Sooverthemill · 04/11/2019 09:20

@taybert for £75 I'd expect several seasons wear out of anything
