Dream so annoying about Hermes I had the same.

Hermes updated our status that we’d rejected an order before Christmas, we (4 of us and 3 dogs) were in all day, didn’t hear a dickie bird! Terrible service. Items were returned to sender.

It’s bizarre Hermes and Yodel fail so often when they only have to do one thing - deliver stuff. DPD is my favourite due to their app.

Yup. DPD are ace, and DHL always reliable.

In kids clothing news I bought miniShop a lovely Christmas jumper from Boden. One wash and all the Father Christmas’ eyes were falling out - somewhat traumatic for a small child! They sent me a replacement which was good but same thing has happened again. This time they’ve given a full refund. So brill customer service but quality seems poor in comparison to previous years. Had to send Christmas socks back too.

I’ve emailed John Lewis about my Sam Edelman studded boots. Not sure if you remember but the studs fell off last year’s pair so I got some more from JL. Same thing has happened again. So I’ve emailed them to see what they can do. Bloody annoying as they are my fave boots, but if they do refund me then I might stand a chance of affording the Grensons so fingers crossed.

Oh I’m late ...but Happy New Year all. You know how much I love this thread although I’m not buying as much any more. I nee d it for inspiration, keeping up to date and on the straight and narrow (no impulse spending ). I love it even more for the chat and fun we’ve had over the years.
