duochrome everything. (Not complaining, I'm a huge fan of sparkly shite.)
Crazy shiny highlighter. (Also a huge fan of this, I'm wearing a load of silver stuff on my cheekbones as I type.)
The freedom to express yourself with make-up and hair. I hope this continues, because I love being able to amble into Boots/Superdrug/Kiko and pick up green, blue or grey lipstick. It was insanely hard to get hold of these colours even ten years ago.
Rainbow eyeshadow palettes, yes please.
Rose gold jewellery has been massive (and is very very pretty, I'm a convert,) as has rose gold in general. (I love it, fight me.)
Pusheen the cat, and narwhals.
Galaxy and rainbow themed things.
Pointy toed ankle boots.
Pumpkin spiced latte (although I don't drink coffee, so I have it as hot chocolate instead.)
Plaid shirts.
Flared sleeves were big in 2017 but didn't really last (much to my disappointment, I love witchy sleeves!)
Liquid lipsticks and matte lips have been huge this decade, although glossy lips are making a comeback (you can prise my matte lipsticks (Revlon, Kiko and MAC) from my cold dead hands, although I'm not a huge fan of some liquid lipsticks.)
(These are my favourite things, I haven't really paid attention to anything else.)
Whoever said ankle boots with dresses is hideousness, what's wrong with it? I wear that combination (or with skirts) all the time!
I can think of make up things from 2012 that seemed huge but didn't last, like jelly lipsticks. (Does that seem ages ago? Cos that seems like ages ago to me.)
