or one here from Jigsaw ?

Huffthepuff · 24/08/2019 13:30

Thanks Laska I love the jigsaw one! Perfect for evenings although the lack of crossbody is annoying for day trips.
The monsoon one is perfect apart from the colour (and for that price it would have to be perfect)

taybert · 24/08/2019 15:16

@Laska2Meryls these are mine but only a good recommendation if you’re a size 3.5 now! (but a bargain if you are). I really like them.

Ellapaella · 24/08/2019 15:35

Hope your hand recovers soon laska
Has anyone been watching 'Deep Water' on ITV? I think Anna Friels jumper is a Toast one from last winter. Looks very familiar.

neveradullmoment99 · 24/08/2019 16:19

Well was out shopping today. Was in marks. Bought a cargo skirt. Very like Hush but reduced to £8.50! and a gorgeous stripe tee in very toast like colours. I will post links!

neveradullmoment99 · 24/08/2019 16:34

Cant seem to find either on the website atm!

neveradullmoment99 · 24/08/2019 16:36

The tee is mustard and olive stripes. Its gorgeous. I sized down to a 10 and although a bit neat will shrink to fit it :) Tried on the green wide leg crops a bit like the hush ones and they were great but I worry that they will be too big too quick as the waist was generous in a 12 but I couldn't have got the 10 on. I didn't try them but thought they would be too small so didn't buy.

neveradullmoment99 · 24/08/2019 16:37

The striped top looked great with the trousers too. I may order online later on. Although I would have to order a 10, which I am not atm.

Laska2Meryls · 24/08/2019 17:57

sounds lovely I think I have seen that T never. (i may look in our next week if they still have sale on ) .
Its been a beautiful warm day here .. I have been sanding down the (huge) shed all afternoon with a wire brush for repainting ( I did mention 'power tools'?? Hmm??!! to DH!!) , but was good for the bingo wings ..

Hand is much better ( well it had to be ) Grin

Well-earned Aperol spritz now.. .. Smile.. healthy dinner cooking eggs and chorizo baked on peppers tomatoes etc ..I hope there's some good telly on to fall asleep to later..

This one :) It has quite a high neck though. Its fine on me. It would have been nice with slightly more of a scoop

mizu · 24/08/2019 22:18

ellapaella you are right about Anna Friel's jumper ! I have it - from a TOAST outlet and considerably reduced as it had a hole in it. My mum fixed it easily for me. Think it was £175 Blush originally and I got it for £80 which is still a lot I know but I was totally in love with it and still am. Think Anna F wore a lot of TOAST stuff in that series.

neveradullmoment99 · 24/08/2019 23:05

I am sure @Laska2Meryls bought that jumper in the winter sale? Or some sale that Toast had.

Laska2Meryls · 25/08/2019 08:51

I've not seen the programme, Was it this one?. I have that..

neveradullmoment99 · 25/08/2019 09:16

Yes, its that one @laska :)

justilou1 · 25/08/2019 09:24

I’m really rather grateful we don’t have Toast in Australia... I’d have to sell my organs. And my kid’s organs.

twosoups1972 · 25/08/2019 10:47

Morning all Smile Going to be another scorcher today!

@Laska2Meryls poor poor you, I am wincing just reading about it. I hope it is healing Flowers

The Jigsaw things are all lovely. But their prices have gone crazy silly, I usually wait for their sales.

Hope everyone is having a good bank holiday weekend. We had a family 18th birthday party yesterday in a posh hotel which was lovely. Cousins from the USA are over for the weekend so will see them tonight hopefully before they leave.

We saw Six the musical on Thursday which was FAB Smile. With Kids Week tickets it cost £100 for all 5 of us! Going to see Adrian Mole tomorrow night too, again with Kids Week tickets. It's a really good deal.

twosoups1972 · 25/08/2019 10:49

@Huffthepuff did you decide on a bag? I really like the suggestions but I don't need any more bags Grin

Huffthepuff · 25/08/2019 11:06

Hey Soups I have ordered the Amazon one in the photo I posted. It's £4.99 so even if it's not that strong It's not the end of the world. I figured the longer I procrastinate the less chance I have if it being delivered on time!
I am very tempted by the Jigsaw one that Laska posted tho. I would have ordered it yesterday only I'm off this coming week so wouldn't be able to collect till the following. I'm not sure how long you get with their click and collect service.

How many bags is it acceptable to take on holiday? Is 3 excessive? My big Star Mela beach bag, cross body crochet one, plus the jigsaw one for evenings. It only gets complicated when I consider taking a rucksack for ease of travelling...first time flying with a toddler. I'm nervous!

twosoups1972 · 25/08/2019 11:14

@Huffthepuff I think 3 is fine, bags are generally flat and don't take up much space. When I fly I use a rucksack/backpack for the journey and pack my bags in my suitcase to use on holiday. Where are you going?

neveradullmoment99 · 25/08/2019 11:34

Basically we are usually travelling so I tend to just stick with the one big bag [rucksack or large beach/shopper] and a small one for evenings.

Laska2Meryls · 25/08/2019 11:48

so who is ordering that bargain Jigsaw bag?

Huffthepuff · 25/08/2019 13:28

I'm very tempted Laska! But I can't really justify it. I might get a new rucksack instead. I like the Joules Coast yellow one. Looks like it would be good for travelling

Huffthepuff · 25/08/2019 13:45

Great deal on the theatre tickets Soups! I hope it's nice and cool in the theatre!
We're off to a local music festival this afternoon

dontcallmelen · 25/08/2019 16:11

Soups great bargain on the theatre tickets, bet Adrian Mole will be a good show.
Laska hope the hand is a bit better, lovely jackets need to find a jigsaw & try on some of the jeans & maybe just caress the navy biker😂
never great M&as bargains huff hope you find a bag sometimes if you want a cheapie one Matalan/Sainsbury’s/Next sometimes have similar.
I’m just lounging around, am tired after yesterday it was a long day, although lovely to see my Sil she is great fun, very hot here again today will potter around in the garden once it cools down a bit.

notastealthboast · 25/08/2019 16:12

Does anyone have the Marissa top from hush? Is this a style they've done before? I've loved mine this summer and hope they do it again next year. Some designs they keep doing but others not...
