@ilovecherries I like the Chanel style jacket on you best but agree the other one might be more practical. What other jackets/coats do you have already?

@ilovecherries I prefer the Chanel style. Guess it depends what you “need” it for.

I'm on the fence re coats cherries as I think they are two completely different coats (iyswim). I know they're the same pattern but one is a smart jacket and the other looks like a cozy winter coat. Keep both! 😁

The Olivia cardigan arrived this morning! Being a 'friend' is wonderful! I was going to try to take a photo but I don't know how you all manage. I have so much crap on my floor, a kitten peeking out from places at me and the light all in the wrong place but suffice to say I absolutely LOVE it and it won't be sent back. Now to hide it for a few weeks so DH thinks I've had it ages...

I'm cross with Karen Millen but it's probably my own fault. Bought a lovely dress in one of their stores a few weeks ago, just around the time they were going into administration but the sales assistant assured me that the 30 day refund policy still applies. A few weeks later it was reduced quite a bit online and they did an extra 20% off so I bought it again thinking I could take the original one back and get my money back.

Took it back to the store today to be told that from 6th August they were no longer offering refunds due to going into administration (I bought the damn dress AFTER that!).

Phoned CS, they said they obviously didn't want stock hanging about and I suppose it was my fault to chance it. But they did say I could at least return the online one and get my money back for that.

Annoying as I thought I'd nabbed a bargain! Difference in price was £40!

@soups definitely worth a polite whinge on social media. Ive had success in the past with KM when they reduced the handbag I bought by 30% the day after I'd bought it.
I asked them to be mindful of my time and the planet and just credit me the difference instead of all the argibargy of sending it back and they did
Your other route would be if you paid on credit card?

This is the kitten exploring the kitchen. I will have another go tomorrow at a photo of the cardigan. I know how helpful it is seeing them on real people who are not models!
