I'm cross with Karen Millen but it's probably my own fault. Bought a lovely dress in one of their stores a few weeks ago, just around the time they were going into administration but the sales assistant assured me that the 30 day refund policy still applies. A few weeks later it was reduced quite a bit online and they did an extra 20% off so I bought it again thinking I could take the original one back and get my money back.
Took it back to the store today to be told that from 6th August they were no longer offering refunds due to going into administration (I bought the damn dress AFTER that!).
Phoned CS, they said they obviously didn't want stock hanging about and I suppose it was my fault to chance it. But they did say I could at least return the online one and get my money back for that.
Annoying as I thought I'd nabbed a bargain! Difference in price was £40!
