I’m setting up a Contracts Management company which reviews & negotiates service contracts, handles legal disputes etc. I do this now self-employed on a very small scale (one regular client who insists I’m in the office 3 days a week, 9-6). Now I want to set up a Ltd & step outside of my current industry, grow my client base so I can work from home on an ad hoc basis. Much more flexible now I have 2 DC. I’m 31 & in a very fortunate position (free childcare, no financial pressure) so I thought I’d give it a go.

Hope it went well today with your planning @happytobemrsg @Talisin I'm seriously lusting over all your footwear. Are those DMs fleecy inside?

@cheesenpickles they are on the leg, yes, but not in the foot which I always found a little odd. In the end I got some fleecy inner soles from Celtic Co. and now I walk around in a little fleecy cocoon.

Is there a free Stylebook app? Or just the £3.99 one?

@Talisin I am loving your outfit today. I bought some cherry red DM's in March which I fully intend to be permanently attached to my feet this autumn/winter. Loving the ruched skirt - I have one from Boden in black which I will be pairing up with my DM's for sure, I want some interesting tights to complete the look.

@Ellapaella Cherry red DMs are on my lust-list, along with glitter ones. One day...

I think I have the same Boden ruched skirt as well in both black and navy but tend to default to the Hush one in winter as it’s shorter and I think it looks better with thick tights.

Cold here today, so this with Uniqlo heat tech vest under. Car boot bargain hush cords (£1!!)

Today, because it was wet and cool, and I have a fit dog to exercise followed immediately by an exercise class, it was Ronhill running tights (black), a cashmere V neck sweater, orange socks, a ruched tube skirt (also black). Wellies for dog walking with a waterproof, then changed boots for the supermarket and making dinner. No make up, no style points but a bit better than atrocious.

All black apart from the socks; I'm back in love with black.

Black jeans, cream top, purple cardigan, green/purple scarf.

Earlier, work, black trousers and jacket, cream top, black loafers.

Yesterday, navy blazer, blue scarf, white/pale blue dress and nude sling back heels. Out for lunch with DH.

Once I’ve cleared the cost of work clothes I’ll get a navy blue suit. I like some black clothes but I need colour too.

First go with Style Book. Jeans from Jigsaw, Earrings from Whistles, t shirt from H&M, long grey cardigan and Trainers. It's good cardigan weather at the moment - not cold enough for a coat or heavy jumper but not warm enough for just a t shirt.

My little DS has gone for his 1st day at nursery.. think this is the 1st time I’ve not had at least 1 child hanging around me in ooh a decade or so?! Anyway, the sun is back so out for lunch with my Dad, he always wears a shirt tie and jacket so thought I’d dress up, too.

Odd weather today. I really wanted to wear a snuggly chunky jumper but think I’d overheat. Equally I need to pop to the shops & don’t want to be cold 🤷‍♀️

I wore a lovely swishy dress the other day Sudden & felt fabulous

Dark jeans, purple top under darker shade purple cardigan, black boots. Overcast here and a tad chilly. No work today so I can relax post dentist. She removed and old filling and refilled the gap. Other than feeling lopsided all is well 😁

I was freezing today - my workplace has about 4 days a year where the temperature is perfect, rest of them time I’m too hot or too cold.

Long shot, but does anyone remember the series Years and Years on BBC? One character, Celeste I think, had a brightly coloured silk dress.

Would anyone know the brand/designer or stockists? Google is no bleeding help
