I'm going to soft play on the bus with my baby godson so super casual.

Blue ripped skinny jeans from Dorothy Perkins
Grey & yellow pattern tunic by Mantaray from Debenhams
White & gold Adidas Superstars from Office
Waterproof Mac navy with sprigs of flowers from Joules
Grey crossbody bag from River Island

Usual jewellery but may be practical to take off my hoops & necklace!

Today is sunny Glasgow it was pishing with rain so I wore my Chelsea boots with tights a black leather mini and stretchy black long sleeve h&m basic top. By 2pm when I left work it was sunny so I planned to change but was raining and grey again once I got home so I'm wearing my grey star pjs and have been since 4pm 😁

Back home. My baby godson did take a liking to all my jewellery especially a pink bead bracelet I got in Lanzarote which he nearly pulled apart bless him...

Mint velvet - I think they're called Allie. These ones were in the sale but they have loads of different designs. And they are soooo comfy - like walking on little clouds

I don’t feel very put together today @Lobsterquadrille2! I feel a bit of a scruff! Going out tomorrow so (weather permitting) I can wear something nicer tomorrow! I hope you feel better as the day goes on.

They have some lovely trainers @Summersummershine. I’m on a strict no spend rule at the moment 😡 that’s always when I tend to find lovely bits!

And thank you happytobe. How did your tortoiseshell clutch go down the other day btw? I have one that is similar and I find I use it a lot (am an Autumn in HoC so it goes with many of my outfits).

And love the dress lobsterquadrille2. Nothing better than dressing up if you’re feeling a bit bleh. I am certainly finding thinking about clothes and making an effort to get properly dressed an emotional lifeline atm.

I’m an Autumn too @Sigh1738 (Styled By Susie). The bag was really fun! I do wish I could add some more bags to my wardrobe (I’m only choosing between 3 every day bags) but I know what I have works & buying more goes against the capsule wardrobe I’m trying to create (but old habits die hard!)

Thanks @Sigh1738 I picked them up for £2 in asda they had a few bits of costume jewlery for a pound or 2.

@happytobemrsg I have about 10 bags but tend to mostly use my leather back pack most days ds2 is past nappy bag stage but still needs spare pants and trousers and assorted snacks so it fits everything we need. I'm tempted to get a couple of different backpacks.

@Sigh1738 I forgot to say. The tortoiseshell bag seems to be quite versatile (despite all the hate on MN). Here are some outfits I put together

@kiki22 my DS1 is out of that stage now but with another on the way I’m expecting to start carrying loads with me again. I prefer to keep my phone, purse & keys on me separately so I’m always wearing a crossbody bag. Right now I have a black, tan & a bit more fun LV bag which I’m swapping - definitely good to have options. I’d really like a mustard one but I haven’t seen a leather one I like yet.

@happytobemrsg I do tend to have a cross body bag if I dont have a back pack. I hate having to carry more than 1 bag.

I'm trying to wear more accessories as all the outfits on here with accessories look so lovely - I'm training myself to think about it but it's not coming easily!

@Summersummershine I've only just started wearing accessories again as of last week its definitely making me look more put together. DS2 has also found a love of hairbands he keeps stealing mine

@Summersummershine accessories seem to make a huge difference in getting different looks out of the same item. Eg a long green dress can be worn with lots of gold, cream & tan for a soft look, or black & grey to make it more biker.

@kiki22 I now what you mean - too many bags & I don’t know where anything is. When I’m without Dc & at work I put everything in my work bag in pouches so I know where everything is & it’s organised. I need to start doing that with my baby bag
