Previous thread

And I think we all can agree that it's much more fun if we stick to critiquing the clothes rather than the women!

Yeah it's clear she was there for only a short time. She didn't even sit down! She just popped over for the last 10 minutes to say hello and pick up Harry. It's also I suspect why she didn't dress up. And why she didn't have anything other than a blanket and no sling etc. She wasn't away from home that long.

Which frankly was eminently sensible.

StCharlotte · 11/07/2019 08:05

According to my sis who does work fashion, oversized is a big trend at the moment.

Being oversized myself that's good to hear Grin

(However it took me a good decade or two to realise that oversized clothes are incredibly unflattering and do not have the desired effect, although clearly this is not going to be an issue for MM. Dib dib dib!)

Rhubarbisevil · 11/07/2019 08:05

Which make of car is that? Is it a Mercedes hatchback?

GotToGoMyOwnWay · 11/07/2019 08:16

I was thinking the same Queen

Chewbecca · 11/07/2019 08:24

I think I noticed them driving an audi estate recently so assume same car (heaven forbid they'd have multiple!).

CurlyWurlyTwirly · 11/07/2019 08:27

There was a photo of the Cambridge car when they arrived at the christening in windsor. I thought it was an Audi.
Looks like it’s their normal family car, given the way the kids are climbing all over it.
When we see them at more official, functions arriving and leaving in range rovers , bentleys etc, I wonder if there’s a fleet of royal cars and they just request one for whatever occasion.
They must do a lot of driving between London, Windsor, Gloucester, Norfolk etc. They probably just give all the kids iPads and head phones!

Good sélection of photos from Harper’s Bazaar

Louis is such a scene stealer. Cannot wait to see more pics of him!

He's a little beaut. They all have such old fashioned hair though. I'm glad Kate isn't succumbing to fashion hair for the DC but a little bit shorter and tousled would be nice, instead of the Young Conservative parting.

CurlyWurlyTwirly · 11/07/2019 08:37

In pic 3 you can see how tall George and Charlotte are They’ll be towering over Kate by the time they hit their teens, if not before. I reckon George will be 5’8 /9 by the time he’s 11.
He’s starting to look more like William as he gets older.

I followed a Mirror Link, with a video of them arriving, the sound of the cameras clicking was awful

Myimaginarycathasfleas · 11/07/2019 08:45

Whoops, wrong thread again. I think I ought to go back to bed...Blush

MotherofPearl · 11/07/2019 08:54

the Young Conservative parting. Grin

@SunshineCake - good job on the tiara. I think if there's one thing everyone on these threads agrees on it's that the world needs more tiara-wearing.

Fozzleyplum · 11/07/2019 08:55

Last year, I went to the polo at the Beaufort Club, on the day when William was playing and Kate brought George and Charlotte. We had the gazebo right next to the press one, so as we sat watching, their (huge!) lenses were directly above our heads. Suddenly, as a black 4x4 arrived across the field there was an exclamation of " Kate's here and she's brought the kiddies!". The explosion of shutters at close range was like gunfire!

EleanorReally · 11/07/2019 09:10

it is like gunfire,
awful

MoreProseccoNow · 11/07/2019 09:12

I think the olive dress colour looked great on Meghan. She looks a little heavier since having Archie (NOT a criticism, BTW) & is wanting to avoid close-fitting clothes. Imagine the scrutiny she is under.....

Couple of new photos of Max in Bangladesh

Nice to see Harry reaching out to William here Mirror link
William could have reciprocated....

EleanorReally · 11/07/2019 09:23

that is interesting, susan barrantes left her family to be with an argentine polo player. Sarah was bought up by her dad, according to wiki

EleanorReally · 11/07/2019 09:27

in the yahoo link the comments were full of "Archie is big, he is a surrogate" Shock
who are these stupid people with their ridiculous comments. Angry

GotToGoMyOwnWay · 11/07/2019 09:33

Gosh it’s so intrusive- the sound of the camera lenses. Shock

BertrandRussell · 11/07/2019 09:36

Yeah well- people on here immediately talked about his size.I wonder why that was......

Myimaginarycathasfleas · 11/07/2019 09:41

I mentioned his size because he looked like a bonny baby, as my grandmother would have said. Never dreamed it might be taken as a criticism. Are you feeling mischievous today Bert? Wink

Notmyrealname855 · 11/07/2019 09:41

I was thinking it may just be unfortunate if it was a difficult birth! To have a nice birth plan and then have a MAHOOSIVE baby! Why would imply he’s a surrogate? That’s an odd claim
