Yes smaller boobs!! cherries I want mine down to Bs ! I dont expect they will able able to though! Cs would be nice..

ilovecherries · 13/06/2019 13:06

Haha, nah, I use my grandma’s corrugated scrubbing board and lye soup to give them a good scrub. We have hygiene standards 🤣😂
Actually though, now you mention it, I think the striped ones have a much different feel to them, and I also have leopard ones which are also more substantial. It may just be the plain ones that are thinner to start with. We need an RCT to be sure.

Hi @justilou1 sorry to hear you're feeling down, nothing wrong with having a moan. Sausages sound nice, I haven't had them for ages.

@shinynewapple welcome to the thread, feel free to chat about anything here, from clothes to life in general. We are all a friendly bunch Smile

I did think about the Hush BA blue jacket BUT.....I have managed to find the Jigsaw one in a S I was looking for! @ninka I think you were looking too - I found it from Jigsaw in Swindon and they are posting it out to me (for a massive £8!). But it's been reduced again so down to £25.

Ellapaella · 13/06/2019 13:08

Ah what a bummer cherries.. is there any guarantee you won't get further adhesions after more surgery? I have adhesions from my two c sections and every now and then it flares up causing the most awful pelvic pain and bowel upset which seems to go on forever, it's often triggered by exercise which is a total pain.
How do you feel about having more surgery?

ilovecherries · 13/06/2019 13:09

Even with this blip, it has still been worth it laska, it really has been life altering for me.

Oh no, sorry to hear that @cherries I presume it's a much smaller procedure than the original one? Hope you are feeling ok.

NotAnActualSheep · 13/06/2019 13:23

Oi laska - no dissing your boobs. We've all seen your bikini and you are a great shape! I know we are all critical of bits of us (I can't help feeling my boobs are in the wrong place Confused - I'm not flat chested, but can never do "cleavage" - not that I ever really want to - and don't fill tops that are allegedly my size) - but you absolutely don't look matronly or out of proportion or anything. Of course, if you feel happier you can go smaller, but honestly, no one will be looking at you at the moment thinking "BOOBS" (well, some weird people may, but you can ignore them Blush Shock).

Sorry for the weird pervy post Shock.

Lol cherries 🤣 - "a scrubbing board, hey.. You were lucky.."

Yay soups - glad you've found the lovely jacket eventually!

neveradullmoment99 · 13/06/2019 14:31

I bought this seasalt dress a week ago. Too cold to wear bare legs so leggings it is. Its super comfy 100% linen so loving the creased look! Its the wild orchid dress.

neveradullmoment99 · 13/06/2019 14:32

Oh and @laska, it has pockets!!!!

neveradullmoment99 · 13/06/2019 14:33

Its a teal colour. You can get it in a washed green. I think it is a versatile dress. Would prefer it perhaps a little shorter but hey ho!

Laska2Meryls · 13/06/2019 15:03

Toast things arrived..
The Anda jacket is lovely but HUGE on me I look like a sumo wrestler in it!! I cant decide whether to exchange for a S or not (this is the L as it said approx sz14 but far far too big, wraps right round the back
I'm keeping the trousers as they are perfect for hot evenings in Greece sitting on the patio ( and keeping off the mossies .. I could go a bit smaller perhaps as these the M but these are fine for what i want them for ) .
The jumper is gorgeous , I so want to keep it , but its £90 , gorgeous soft wool ,wide sleeves but Love them it will go down in the sale again I am sure, but I've paid postage and will have to pay postage for it to go back..

Skirt would have been nice except it was huge everywhere except the waist , which turned out not to be elasticated as it looked like it was after all..

Laska2Meryls · 13/06/2019 15:28

I haven't actually taken the jumper off yet.. so it looks like I should keep it! Here it is flat..
and actually I just tried the jacket on with the Janelle dress in navy but it didn't look good ( too stiff) and decided that the fair trade Cambodia kimono (in this photo with the Anda trousers) just looks far better ( and with the trousers also!) So unless you Husistas think I really should I wont exchange the Anda jacket for smaller.

Am annoyed though that I had to pay postage and will have to back again.. It was two orders but i think I will put them in one bag .

Laska2Meryls · 13/06/2019 15:31

I bought the Cambodia kimono a few weeks back if you remember, It looks nice with the navy Janelle too.

neveradullmoment99 · 13/06/2019 15:57

@Laska The trousers are lovely. Yeh, the anda jacket is big on you but it is really nice with the trousers. Seems a shame to keep the other one when its a nice 'set' together. I like them both. What I would do is order the smaller one to match the trousers and then decide.
I like the jumper and its a good fit on you.

neveradullmoment99 · 13/06/2019 15:58

I really like the kimono and trousers together. I think the trousers look less special as a separate.

neveradullmoment99 · 13/06/2019 16:00

..and what I mean by 'special' is together with the kimono they are wow but imo less so on their own?

neveradullmoment99 · 13/06/2019 16:00

I mean the anda jacket [not kimono] well you know what I mean!! It is a kimono too!!

Laska2Meryls · 13/06/2019 16:12

it is a lovely well made jacket never , but I think id have to go for the Small.. (its the postage thats annoying me!) they resend without new postage , im going to call them

neveradullmoment99 · 13/06/2019 16:20

Yes, the postage is annoyingly expensive. I got free postage but I ordered two sizes in the dungarees but forgot I will have to post one back ggrrr...

twosoups1972 · 13/06/2019 16:28

@never the Seasalt dress is lovely, you look great in it.

@Laska2Meryls the Toast jumper is gorgeous! Are you keeping it?

Laska2Meryls · 13/06/2019 16:39

Ok a result! I called them , and Toast have just emailed me a fee returns label ,told me I cam send both things back in the same parcel and have reserved me a small in the jacket Smile .. so it might be worth calling them once you have your dungies Never

Two soups Yes! It is expensive ( and no doubt will be reduced further but I am still wearing it!! it will definitely need a long sleeve T under under in winter as it has wide sleeves .. ( but I like them ..)
Am off to post office before the last post

neveradullmoment99 · 13/06/2019 17:13

More lines added to Toast sale but I have decided not to order anything although seriously tempted by a few things but then I just closed the tab Halo

NotAnActualSheep · 13/06/2019 17:44

Oh toast, toast, why are you doing this to me?! I'm not looking at anything else...

Love the trousers on you laska. And I agree with never that they do look really special as a set with the coat/ wrap top, though I also like the mix n match version with your kimono! I reckon you should try the small... I think the starchiness will drop out with wear. And the jumper 😍😍.

never I think your dungarees will come with a free return label anyway. Its just sale stuff that you have to pay delivery and returns (though I had an old paid returns label that I used for 2 half orders in the same bag Blush. Have done that before (2 orders sent back together) and its fine). Beautiful seasalt dress too... Love that colour.

Had to come on here as I could feel my blood pressure rising from another thread. I really shouldn't even try any other threads anywhere else on MN...

neveradullmoment99 · 13/06/2019 17:51

Well @not, I had the lovely leaf print vest style top in my basket and a linen tunic and just closed the tab as its still pricey. Going to see how I get on with the dungarees. They should arrive tomorrow. Do you have free postage? For some reason, even with sale stuff I do. I have been a customer for years and recently [few months back] got a friends of Toast thing that entitles me to free express delivery and a little gift with my order from time to time. I used to order loads from them but since they got a bit droopy with their clothes I haven't ordered anything. Think they are trying to get me to come back!

neveradullmoment99 · 13/06/2019 17:52

I adore some of the plainer things but I really do miss the style that they had. I wanted loads and now the stuff I like for me is few and far between.
