Nay from me sorry!

azulmariposa · 01/06/2019 13:49

I love Menorquinas. They are so comfortable, and I have every colour in the rainbow.
The real Spanish ones are usually a little nicer, and they are environmentally friendly too as the sole is made from old car tyres. One pair I've had for 15 years!

NoBaggyPants · 01/06/2019 13:51

They're not great, although I love the originals too. Are they comfy? I wear ugly but amazingly comfy sandals so wouldn't judge someone for doing the same!

Llongyfarchiadau · 01/06/2019 13:52

Yay!

I love them. Comfortable, versatile colour, leather...

Nay.

LaPampa · 01/06/2019 14:30

I love mine.

Rockbird · 01/06/2019 14:37

You lot are no use! I went to Next to take some things back and hovered over these but left them in the boot to think about some more! Grin

I don’t like them. But I wouldn’t think anything if I saw someone else wearing them. Do you like them? That’s what counts.

dudsville · 01/06/2019 15:03

I think it would look nice on, and it looks comfortable. The colour wouldn't work for me (and I doubt my foot would stay in it!) but otherwise I think it's a fine thing.

DinkyTie · 01/06/2019 15:06

I like them, and actually will buy a pair now!

LaPampa · 01/06/2019 15:11

I got them last year to try the style as cheaper than other brands and I love them. Really soft and comfy. Still going strong this year, get plenty of people asking about them.

HUZZAH212 · 01/06/2019 15:18

I would wear them on holiday with loose linen trousers. They look comfy for trekking around sightseeing.

MatchSetPoint · 01/06/2019 15:27

YEY! I like them. I’m early thirties and like them a lot.

DontCallMeShitley · 01/06/2019 15:29

I find the straps don't keep them on. Walk around in them on carpet for a while.

I wouldn't buy them anyway though, too flat and closed in for me but if you like them that is what matters.

Rockbird · 01/06/2019 15:48

To make matters worse, while I was debating whether to take them back, I accidentally bought these.

I'm afraid it's a 'No' to the second pair.

RidgedPerfection · 01/06/2019 17:02

I don't like the second pair at all, but do like the first.

Candleglow7475 · 01/06/2019 17:02

I also think straps don’t stay on and also too flat for me (high arches)

i have the first pair! they are basically Solillas / Palmeiras but the Next version. very euro chic. esp in tan. love them.

ExpletiveDelighted · 01/06/2019 17:18

The first pair are ok, so long as they stay on, I don't think they would for me, the second pair are a definite no.

LaPampa · 01/06/2019 17:26

The straps stay on fine for me. They’ve been a surprisingly good cheap buy.

It’s a no to the second ones from me.

keepingbees · 01/06/2019 17:31

I like both pairs but wouldn't wear the second pair myself as I don't wear heels.
The first pair are what a lot of the trendy mums at my DC's school wear.

MrsElijahMikaelson1 · 01/06/2019 17:34

I like the real deal on occasion but not those no.
