My thoughts...
Fergie not the most flattering, but love the hat - much nicer than the one she wore for Eugenie's wedding.
Love Beatrice outfit, especially the shoes! Her dress is a £350ish "high street" so not tooooo spenny.
I like Big Suze's outfit appropriate for an important guest. Perhaps she could have advised her MIL!
Princess Michael way too fussy. Nice colour though.
Don't like Pippa's dress, very sexless. I quite like the headband though.
Carole looks nice if a bit of a meh colour.
James girlfriend looks cool, she seems a bit if a boho type, the hat doesn't scream wedding to me but I think she kind of pulls it off.
The bride looks lovely but the dress photographs a bit like the fabric is sort of bubbly? Like an old fashioned bedspread if you know what i mean? I bet its gorgeous in real life. I also think the skirt could have done with being either more fitted or more puffy.

I don’t know if that is a H&M dress. Because the one on the website looks so awful and the one JM girlfriend wearing looks ££. So I think possibly the H&M one is a copy of a designer?

Bea's outfit is inappropriate for a wedding. Glad Fergie was invited though.

Some really dreadful outfits today - Amelia Windsor's dress looked like she'd borrowed it from the Barbara Cartland estate.

My super cool 18 year old daughter liked Amelia Windsor’s outfit....I am not so keen!

Beatrice's dress would've been fine for an evening reception but not a day time church wedding. And I'm usually the last person to get pearl-clutchy about outfits!

They seem to have had sunshine which makes everything look better. And some of those women's dresses needed all the help they could get.

That dusky pink shade of Fergie’s dress is just horrible. Didn’t Oprah wear a similar shade at H&M’s wedding? It suits nobody’s skin tone.

Thinking about why DoC wasn't there - to be honest if it were me and going without DH meant I had to curtsey to his cousins I would give it a swerve too.

Woo found the royal thread :) I love Amelia’s dress exactly because it’s weird/ garish - only for the confident and free spirits :)

As for James Middleton’s girlfriend, not surprised she’s French at all - so chic and looked amazing in a bloody H&M dress! Shows up all the other expensive dresses, plus I love the hat. Tres chic!

And drumroll for... the tiara! Getting my diamond fix. The bride looked stunning in the veil (plus points for using a veil). Dress is meh, but her smile is just beautiful and she looked radiant! Reminded me of Eugenie beaming all through her big day :)

I was reading PMoKs Wikipedia page the other day - she sounds a peach. If even half of it is actually true she's appalling.

There are some truly horrendous outfits on display there - it's like the dress code was 'money can't buy good taste'...

Agree that dusty rose color seldom looks good on anyone. That was also the color that Kate wore at Pippa's wedding. it does have the advantage of not upstaging the bride, however.

Just catching up on the thread and all the wedding photos. As pp have said, a lot of truly awful outfits on display today.

I liked HM's darker lipstick.

Beatrice donning completely different coloured dress, hat and shoes. Is this a thing?

Today she had navy dress, white hat, nude heels. I'm reminded of her outfit for Eugines wedding, with blue dress, purple headband and grey heels.

I much prefer the matching or tonal colour palates most people wear for weddings (see Sophie Winkleman today)

Also, feeling distinctly ungraceful and ashamed to say, but this is style and beauty - I don't like the wedding dress. I'm not a fan of busy fabric and it's a bit meh in style, given it's cost.

Kate might have decided not to attend as there would have been lots of fuss about what she was wearing and why wasn't Meghan there which would have detracted from the bride & bridegroom's day.

A friend of mine worked for a member of the Royal Family and got married as soon as she stopped working for them so she wouldn't have to invite them.

The Duke of Kent is in Greece for an official engagement tomorrow morning and Monday which is probably why he’s not there.
