Can you help me find a cool toned lipstick please? The search is driving me up the wall

I want a natural looking lip stick or a crayon or even a gloss but it must be a cool toned shade.

Mustn't be brown at all as that looks grim on me.

I keep finding ones that are just a bit too pink and I almost need a dirty lavender pink ,if that makes sense?

All suggestions gratefully received 😊

I went to Superdrug to pick up my order of Elf Tea Rose, got back to the car,ripped open the package and.....

IT'S THE MOST PERFECT COLOUR EVER!!!!!Smile

Hooray! And only £4.50 ,lovely matte but not too matte twist up crayon.

Little Mix have a makeup range out and I am sure they have a colour like this, try googling it. I only know because my DD and her friends were talking about it.

Super impressed with Tea Rose,been on since this morning ,had lunch and drinks and still on my lips, but faded but faded evenly and looks nice still. Amazing!

I was walking past Superdrug today so popped in and picked up a Tea Rose. Quite liked it but later I looked in the driving mirror and my lips looked almost blue, like i was dead! Perhaps I'm not as cool toned as I thought.

Nigella maybe you need the one called Natural?

The NYX one will be too dense,the paint stuff looks a bit odd on my thin lips. Nice colour though!

Bugger,so applied this morning and I also think Tea Rose is too cool now, yesterday I was delighted and today I had to warm it up with another colour. The search continues...

Can you report back please Nigella? I live nowhere near big department stores so I'm limited to Boots, Superdrug etc .

Managed to warm Tea Rose up by putting a warmer colour on top which works well so now it's not so blue/lavender.

The Clinique chubby stick that looks orange is actually a sheer and cool pink. It's the only lipstick I like.

Isadora twist up gloss stick in toffee pop isn't brown at all, it's a pale dusky pinky lilac. It's gorgeous.

These are my 3 favourite cool toned ones.

The deeper one is Mac Syrup, which you definitely have to try out. If you don't like that one, definitely try Mac Modesty which is lesser known but along the same lines but less shiny.

The middle one is Essence Sheet and Shine No 10 which looks terrifyingly dark in the tube but as you can see, is actually super sheer and flattering.

The nude is probably reading a bit warmer than in real life, where its more neutral. It's the Kate Moss for Rimmel in No 45 and is basically one of the very very few cool toned nudes on the High Street.

There's a nude gloss by Barry M that's amazing too, it's called Toffee and it's totally un-brown so worth a look (if it's not discontinued)

Also Clinique Nude Pop is v similar to the Kate Moss one but sadly lasts about 5 mins.

Funny, this morning I bought an Essence lippie as it was only £2 so rude not to and it's a super for Mac Syrup and it's a lively colour,over the Tea Rose it's gorgeous!

I have over 30 lipsticks that are cool toned

My favourite 2 that I go back to constantly (the others are poor substitutes)

Chanel - mademoiselle (shiny)
Bobbi brown - bitten (Matt)
