I have to say, I wasn’t too exercised about when Meghan’s baby would be born - I just thought it was due around now and there would be an announcement in the fullness of time. Now the non-announcement - that there won’t be any announcement until there is an announcement - has made me think something is afoot. Exactly the opposite of what was intended. It makes me realise that the Queen’s policy of saying nothing - even in the face of media provocation - is really rather effective. Say nothing until you have something to say - those used to the constant yack of social media find this impossible and have to (literally) twitter on constantly which only serves to fuel the frenzy.

Maybe she already is @CurlyWurlyTwirly, god knows there's enough MIL AIBUs on here! Am assuming there's some snobbery in the Luxembourg RF's treatment of her too, as she isn't from a posh or wealthy background like her SiLs.

I am so with Bertrand Russell with this one. If we're going to have a royal family we certainly don't want them sharing arty b&w photos or slurping wheatgrass smoothies. We want starched Norland nannies, mahoosive Silver Cross perambulators, tiaras at breakfast and lots and lots of scandal. The Harkles just aren't doing it properly at all.

I think it’s disgraceful that her ex hid behind his title and family money (which must have paid more for his legal representation than he pays for his own kids in a year) yes!! Lux royals can now have a reputation for being cheap (not envy!)

Just a couple of days ago , the DCs and I were watching diary of a wimpy kid and all of sudden I realised that Steve Zhan is the blond version of PCP of Sweden, they both creep me out, and now even more so.

I'm not really sure where I stand in the Megan / baby / photocall thing. She could've used it as an opportunity to show a different side to new motherhood so coming out in trainers and loose clothes et cetera. Although to be fair to Kate she did come out the first time with her baby bump still proudly on show. I just think having a photocall a few days later it's much more stressful!! Whereas Kate got it out of the way and then went home to snuggle with the baby and that was it - over and done with.
