Can anyone talk me out if buying this dress?

I love it, but I don't need it and shouldn't really be spending over £100 on a new dress, even if it is a total bargain!

Anyone want to talk me out of it??

I really like it. As PPs have said, for £25 or less I'd seriously consider it - I'd wear a strapless bra under it - except for the fact that it's dry clean only. You'd be paying £8 or £9 every time you wore it. Even my Hobbs work suits are machine washable these days.

It is low at the back for a bra .
Personally, I cannot stand the all around pleats because I have a little pot belly and it will sit funny/ oddly over that . It is a dull colour.
Hope that has put you off , if that is what you want.

Sorry OP, but I don't like anything about this dress. However, you seem to have made your mind up to buy it so I hope you'll be pleased with it when you do

It is Shapeless, has horrible fabric and bad seams. I really don't like it. If it doesn't look good on the model I can't see how it would look any better on anyone else.

I actually really like it! But I wouldn't pay that much for it so OP I think you are right to think twice.

Don't forget the model is 5ft 9 1/2 inches and a size 8.......are you?

@Ariela no, thanks for asking. I'm just over 5 foot and curvy. To be honest I think I'd prefer the way it would look on me I'm not keen on that androgynous look. As I've said though I know the shape works on me. I'm not tall but I have a very short torso so skirts like that do sit well on me. I might go back and have another look at the tiny size 6 one in the shop I've seen it in and have another look with the criticisms you've all given in mind. Thanks everyone! I'll only get it if I still love it when I see it again even after hearing the negatives.... I think that would mean it was meant to be!
