@gin Daniel did have some ankle boots that could scratch the itch in that the shape was fairly similar to the Hush ones but in black or green. I’ll link “just in case” you’d consider the green. Also did you read the reviews? A couple of people saying they’re a bit uncomfortable in the heel area (trying to console you as they do look beautiful)

I have ordered the khaki shirt dress and the gold side stripe leggings. They may be too big though as they are a medium but they are a different material and its all that was left in stock. Should come tomorrow. I like some of the summer stuff but just not ready to buy as I just don't feel its that close to summer yet as its bloody freezing still despite it being a beautiful day.

Had a look at hush in JL yesterday but other than the turquoise Maple dress, there's nothing I want. That's still in stock in all sizes so I'm just being sensible for once and keeping an eye as it's far too cold for it yet.
I just think a lot of it is so £££ now, lovely stuff, but I can't justify it when my house is bulging at the seams with my clothes

Hello All, I had a better night. Today the sore muscle feels more like I’m bruised after someone kicked me rather than the paralising spasms. My boss was whatsapping me at 8am even though yesterday I had to bail out after a few hours work...there’s a lot going on with work so I’m managing short stints at my desk with breaks in between...definitely better but very slow recovery.

I’ve realised I do have last years version of the Janelle...last SS it was only available in black and was called T shirt maxi dress or similar. It’s useful but I bought at sale price as it’s really just a long t shirt dress, flattering cut if it’s the same as last year.

My BA Muubaa blue leather jacket was delivered this am @len and I’m a bit disappointed...the colour is meh, the wire bits round the neck which my other Muubaa jackets all have is missing and I’m so fat at the moment nothing seems flattering on anymore . I’m returning as not feeling the love I have for my other Muubaas. The leather is soft like my other jackets but that’s about all.

Yes to the Panama hat. I’m going to treat myself to a wonderful hat this summer, as I don’t tend to wear hair nearly so much. I tried a lot last year but felt I looked a bit like a Boy George in them so ended up with an M&S cheapie. But the hunt recommences.
