Autumn looks very happy. I wouldn’t wear leather leggings. Especially in the rain. How difficult would they be to pull on???

UrsulaPandress · 16/03/2019 18:44

Grim. Like a wet suit. Or wet jodhpurs.

DobbyTheHouseElk · 16/03/2019 18:44

Eugenie has a very billowing shirt on......

SevenSeasofRye · 16/03/2019 18:47

It's blindingly obvious to anyone they adore each other. I can't believe anyone is even discussing this.

mathanxiety · 16/03/2019 18:54

Autumn looks fantastic. Love every single thing about her outfit, especially that velvet coat.

Just as an aside, if you're an aristocrat, how do you designate the Heir and the Spare if male twins (or more) are born first? Is it a case of first out? And what about a CS when the first delivered might not have been the first to be born vaginally, or are there some details of Csections that I don't know (very likely)...

mathanxiety · 16/03/2019 19:02

A beautiful 70s look on Sofia of Sweden (my favourite royal personage of the lot). The colour and style remind me of 1973...

Autumn's hat and coat are also quite 70s.

The decade had some really great lines and looks (as well as some that are best forgotten).

itswinetime · 16/03/2019 19:04

I wouldn't read anything into eugeine's shirt this was her last week showing her waistline

First born is the first born I think it's a literal thing first one out is the winner no matter the circumstances

QueenOfTheAndals · 16/03/2019 19:12

I've got leather leggings very like what Autumn's but I wouldn't wear them (or velvet) on a wet day!

@mathanxiety I read recently about how some doctor had to decide which royal twin came out first in a csection but I can't remember which royal family this was.

If money and prestige was all Kate Was after then she could have married really well. She went to a prestigious school , mingled with and dated extremely wealthy kids, Rupert finch .
I think having the sort of upbringing the Middleton girls had, always meant that they were going to marry extremely well.

BrownEyesBlackEyeliner · 16/03/2019 19:32

itswinetime that's a regram from last year, the caption said this is Grace Forrest and I at the Commonwealth Heads of Government meeting last year.

itswinetime · 16/03/2019 19:34

I quite like the leather and velvet but yes probably not great in this weather!

Here's a look back at Kate's previous st Patrick's day looks so I think we are fairy safe in saying it will be a green coat dress tomorrow and William will be in uniform by the look of it. I think it might be another new outfit Kate seems to be leaning more that way at the moment.

So it is must learn to read the small print!!

TSSDNCOP · 16/03/2019 19:41

Rose C's husband is worth £200 million.

Now, if you were Rose C would you need the unending ag of an affair with William?

Even if it wasn't blindingly obvious that William and Kate are rock solid, you'd be crazy to cast yourself in the Camilla role.

QueenOfTheAndals · 16/03/2019 19:45

How many green Catherine Walker coats must she have??

OP posts:
itswinetime · 16/03/2019 19:48

It's crazy isn't it! So frustrating all that money a world of designers and she buys the same thing over and over! In this case not even in different colours!

queenofarles · 16/03/2019 19:52

2014 Hobbs green coat is my favourite.

QueenOfTheAndals · 16/03/2019 19:54

Both Hanbury sisters married wealthy aristocrats about 20 years older than themselves.

QueenOfTheAndals · 16/03/2019 19:58

I liked 2014 too and that was Hobbs rather than a big designer. She also looked lovely last year, she was slightly fuller in the face and it really suited her.

The double breasted coats are always her weakest look I think! The rest are all nice enough. Wonder what happened the year she wore brown?

mrscampbellblackagain · 16/03/2019 20:14

Honestly, what with the who is the most beautiful royal and now the speculation about whom if anyone William is shagging.

It does feel sometimes like we are at the royal court on here sometimes, we have the Meg faction and the Kate faction and the I just like the clothes people Wink

I have spent a very productive afternoon sorting out my wardrobe and gosh, how do the Royals do that? I assume they have staff to do it as they must have so many clothes to cover so many occasions.

ItsNiceItsDifferentItsUnusual · 16/03/2019 20:17

Surprisingly I like her in the brown! It really suits her colouring. Odd choice though, granted.

queenofarles · 16/03/2019 20:23

The tailoring on the CW brown coat is exceptional.

itswinetime · 16/03/2019 20:27

The brown coat is lovely just odd colour choice given she has stuck to green every other year!

queenofarles · 16/03/2019 20:31

Many she was feeling adventurous that year.

itswinetime · 16/03/2019 20:37

Many she was feeling adventurous that year.

Oh god imagine if your idea of adventurous was wearing brown the blandest of the colours 😂
