She does the rewear thing for casual so well. If I was her, I'd do what the rest of us do - get a few (okay, maybe 20) good outfits for work, mix it up now and again with the odd new pair of shoes/ different blouse/ mix & match and leave it at that. Of course, it does mean the whenever she gets something new the attention would be insane. But honestlyy, this is work, she already has a uniform, why not just do the same things over and over again.
