Rebecca English, the Mail's royal reporter, has just revealed that she has a big scoop but can't yet reveal what it is. Apparently nothing to do with royal babies.

That's tantalising. Fergie and Andrew to remarry? Thomas Markle staying at Kensington palace?

Camilla becoming Queen rather than Princess Consort? Though tbh I figured that would be on the cards anyway.

Rebecca's idea of a big scoop is usually that someone has a new hat... Just sayin' .

Also, HM in bubblegum pink coat and hat and Kate in grey coatdress and black saucer hat at their engagement today.

I think the bubblegum pink and grey were their outfits at the last joint engagement?

And she'll come back on twitter to say she hasn't been able to verify through sources, so stand down everybody .

HM looks great in that colour. Kate looks good as per usual. I know some are not fans of the flippy skirts but I like them on her. Is it new or a re-wear?

She wears it a lot with pink outfits. It's an interesting cut on the front of HM's coat, showing off the pearls.

I thought that was the same grey Catherine Walker coatdress Kate wore in Leicester last year as the skirt pleating is similar but that one had buttons down the front and this one is plain.

But this one is also CW.

I like the top of the coat dress ,but not the bottom part, Kate really can’t let go of those flippy skirts

But this one has heavier volume than the purple/pink flippy skirt there was so much argument on here about! It's less 'girlish' to my eyes.

The Queen's got the dreaded button nipples, mind. (Not something I thought I'd ever type).

James Middleton doesn’t appear to have inherited the “Middleton hair”. Prince William looks very handsome as he is currently. Some of the pictures being admired are those of him as a mere boy.

I think Rebecca’s tweet was referring to these photos? Not a scoop as such.

I don't think so @FloodedCuticles, everyone knew about this engagement already. Oh well, we shall see!

The Queen looks great as usual. I like Kate's Weitzman shoes and the outfit is appropriate but boring. I still don't like the flippy bottoms!

What brand of shoe does HM wear? She must have about 20 pairs of the same black shoe!
