I am a definate apple shape , and so its fitted waists that are usually the prob. The Moritz look high cut as are the Chaminox . They are loose at the waist in the 12 but not hugely so , but I am also back to losing weight again.The Boden ones are a bit snug in the 12! I do wish these companies could be consistent in sizing !

Yes i agree ,and they look really good on you , Ill stick with the 12 I think and if i need to change ill sweet talk Hush.

I have hips and a tum. You are much narrower than me on the hip. I tried them on and think the 12"s are perfect. I really like them. They are quirky.
Love the crops on you. Think the chino ones are shorter. Could you size up in boden?

Morning and Happy Mother's Day all - I was woken at the crack of dawn by my two youngest beastly boys - they'd made cards and bought some presents from the school fair and were so desperate to get me up and give them to me, bless them. Any other morning I'd have told them to go back to sleep

Laska what do you think of the Boden York jeans? Are you keeping? Looking at them online I see what you mean about them being a heavy denim, where as the Hush ones look a bit lighter and maybe more suitable for summer? I really love the chamonix chinos and if they don't all sell out they are going on my birthday list along with the Jayne dress.

Are you on Easter hols now never? We have another week to go yet. I'm so ready for the holidays now, although I'm only off the second week as I've had so much time off work this year I can't take both off. Looking forward to some time off, have a trip to Edinburgh and holy island planned with the kids so looking forward to it.

Ella no I am not keeping the York jeans, they are just to heavyweight, and because of that feel too flappy below the knee.. shame. Nice cut though.. Maylasian food sounds great.. I am having a real craving for a good Chinese takeaway ( we dont have a decent one nearby).

never I am NOT getting 14 jeans..that is slippery slope country and i am bad enough as it is, to many carbs and sitting around being mis over the last few months and drinking..(I def am off it for a while now, and its the only way to lose weight )

The thing with carbs is it needs to be a way of life. I couldn't maintain it for life Actually it may make me lose weight but i love food and would put it back on as soon as i stopped. I would yoyo. 5:2, is easier to control imo although keeping one eye on the carbs is a good thing.
