Hope you get a good restful sleep tonight Laska nothing worse than sleeping badly.
Hi Dave glad you are ok.

DavetheCat2001 · 19/03/2019 21:00

Hi Laska, never, Len, cherries!

Hope you are all well?

ella, so glad to hear you are making a good recovery..god bless our wonderful NHS x

We are in the process of selling our maisonette/buying a house..I'd forgotten how stressful the whole thing is. Totally stretching ourselves financially to the limit, so have had a total embargo on spending any money on anything 'not completely necessary Sad

My birthday is April too however, so OH said to choose something, so was looking at the Ivy dress..

dontcallmelen · 19/03/2019 21:06

Dave I saw your thread about hoping to buy the new house, it’s sounds fabulous if a bit daunting, I have been on a no spend since January & once you get into the mindset it’s really not so bad good luck with it all.

ilovecherries · 19/03/2019 21:58

Hi, dave. Nice to see you again :). I’m good, and sans 8lbs of boobage since we last saw you :)

ilovecherries · 20/03/2019 09:49

I’m doing a little happy dance. Have been measuring myself every few days to chart my progress. Not sure what I was immediately post op as was too ill to care for the first few days, but at 5 days, when I was horrifically swollen, I was measuring a 32HH. Was a bit upset at that point, but reminded myself against a K/KK that it was good. Gradually I’ve subsided though I stuck at an F for a good couple of weeks. This morning I am a solid E!!! There is still a fair bit of swelling so I have started to think a D might be in my future at some point. I will be a double FF again by evening as I’m still swelling a lot during the day, but my morning measurements are a better guide of my progress. Given they are still bruised, misshapen and lopsided, there is still a lot of potential for positive change. I am SO pleased I had this done. The skin on my shoulders is gradually recovering, I haven’t had a headache since the day of my operation, I can lie on my back without getting pins and needles in my arms, my body looks longer, I look taller, my neck mobility is better, my upper back is improving - still some pain on the left, but the right side is much better, and I think once I get the ok to get back to the gym and the massage therapist I can work on that when everything I do isn’t negated by the weight on the front. Best money I have ever spent.

Laska2Meryls · 20/03/2019 10:45

fantastic results Cherries so thrilled for you!

ilovecherries · 20/03/2019 11:02

Thanks, I really am delighted this morning :). They really are very wonky at the moment, and I think my surgeon would feel very offended by his work if they didn’t improve, but for me, I’m relaxed. They look great in clothes, and omg, the comfort. Having said that, it’s 5 weeks, he says by 6 months they will be unrecognisable, and won’t fully settle for 12 months. Can’t believe how straightforward it’s been.

Huffthepuff · 20/03/2019 11:22

dontcallmelen · 20/03/2019 12:28

Cherries great news, definitely sounds like all is healing & going well😍

Baxdream · 20/03/2019 16:20

My items arrived today. So beautifully wrapped 😍

The pyjamas are perfect! Can't wait to wear them.

Really pleased with the top too!

ilovecherries · 21/03/2019 08:44

Are these too big now? I’m trying to sort out my tops for ebay. Both of these are still BNWT Angry, and I think they might be too big, but I’m not sure as I’m used to everything being too loose to accommodate boobs. I really want to keep them, but I think losing the boobs has maybe made them too big everywhere? What do you think? There are others that are probably too big as well, but the slouchiness in some of the others seem more forgiving somehow. I love these too, especially the rose.

Ellapaella · 21/03/2019 08:47

I think maybe a little big cherries - you could get away with it if you like a more relaxed feel but I think the first one particularly looks quite loose.

OP posts:
ilovecherries · 21/03/2019 08:58

I think you are right Ella. They aren’t just relaxed, they are really baggy. I never realised before that when my boobs stopped stealing fabric from the rest of the garment, they become much larger not only on the chest, but on the back, waist and arms as well. Oh well, to ebay they go today and hopefully will make enough to buy something else nice.

Laska2Meryls · 21/03/2019 09:26

Oh wow, look at you cherries! [smile} are you brave enough to post us a pic of you in something that fits?.

I meant to ask you about the blue Hortensia blouse did you keep it?
I'm at home today supposedly working but TBH i dont think i have much to do (ill go and log on in a bit and see.. this is a whole other story about my dwindling work but hey I keep raising it as an issue and they they keep telling me they need me and paying me even if quite al lot of the time they dont seem to have much for me to do ) .. Trouble is I am research and information person ,(as well as sometimes building site person) and so the go to for answers it seems, so they think they need me..

Anyway I think ill go and have a bit of a clothes chuck out myself!

Soy where are you ? I want to know how the interview went #overinvested.. Grin

Laska2Meryls · 21/03/2019 09:29

I'd be interested in star jumper Cherries have pmd you

FuzzyPuffling · 21/03/2019 09:40

cherries YOU LOOK FAB! (And yes, too big. You need to go fitted now that you can)

ilovecherries · 21/03/2019 09:48

I kept both hortensia shirts Laska, but swapped them for 10s. Also have the french blue one which is a similar style, but plain, but that’s a 12.

Laska2Meryls · 21/03/2019 09:52

Have you all see the thread about the GOV Uk Revoke Article 50 EU petition? (JIC you want to sign up)

ilovecherries · 21/03/2019 10:22

Yeah, I signed last night, it was going up 2000 sigs a minute at that point. This morning it crashed for ages. I’m not one for conspiracy theories normally, but did have an image of May yanking a plug out of a wall...
