Strategic scarf placement. Very baggy top!

Or maybe in female solidarity she’s just been out to dinner a lot? (Not really, hope she’s pregnant). Kate’s trainers have quite thin soles whereas Williams seem quite chunky.

I just noticed I’m drinking from my Royal Wedding mug Grin

Eugenie seems so sweet :) i like her jokey Instagram captions :)

BigGreenOlives · 08/03/2019 00:00

The picture of Eugenia in beige is a throwback Thursday.

CurlyWurlyTwirly · 08/03/2019 02:16

Yes, I thought that when I saw Eugenie in the beige top, then realised it was from last year.
There was talk about it at Xmas because of her instagram post. Surely she would have said something by now, if she was pregnant then..?

QueenOfTheAndals · 08/03/2019 06:51

She's still only in her 20s so plenty of time for her to have a baby yet.

I bet Sarah is itching to be a grandmother.
I guess they want to enjoy married life for a bit. I wonder if Eugenie will be given a bigger apartment when she does have a family. She’s got a cottage at KP ( I think it’s Ivy Cottage, or something like that) but it’s “only” 3 bedroom.

Wetdogloveshubert · 08/03/2019 07:05

F* you Daily Fail... but here's a good article about the number of twitter accounts set up just to troll Meghan and Kate.

www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-6784095/70-anti-Meghan-tweets-sent-two-month-came-just-TWENTY-trolls.html

That article about Wax et al. was funny. Imagine, King Beer!

The lady who runs Smartworks, one of Meghan’s patronages received an OBE

The Spanish Royals looking smokin’ at a concert in Madrid.

I'd hope Eugenie and Jack stand on their own two (four?) feet and move out of KP! They're not official working royals so why are they still there? It's not like they couldn't afford a place of their own.

I think they have to pay rent

Roffle2019 · 08/03/2019 07:57

She said it was a Throwback Thursday to last week didn’t she?

QueenOfTheAndals · 08/03/2019 07:57

An early start for Sophie, who is at an IWD forum at LSE. Meghan's event is later today, around lunchtime I think.

QueenOfTheAndals · 08/03/2019 07:59

Don't the royals pay way below the market rent at KP? I remember there was a bit of a scandal several
years ago when it was revealed the Kents were paying next to nothing.

SwimmingInTheDeepBlueSea · 08/03/2019 08:00

Queen I thought they paid privately to live there because it's already got top notch security in place?

mathanxiety · 08/03/2019 08:06

Yay! Found you all again!

CurlyWurlyTwirly · 08/03/2019 08:09

The Kent’s pay £120,000:pa.
That’s why they had to sell their country home, to fund it

QueenOfTheAndals · 08/03/2019 08:15

They do now but didn't for many years, not until it became public knowledge.

QueenOfTheAndals · 08/03/2019 08:18

The Michaels of Kent that is. The DoK and DoG also live there but they carry out several royal duties in exchange. I wonder what will happen when their sons inherit the title? I assume they won't be taking on the duties of their parents so won't be moving in.

I imagine the security bill is much smaller when they all live in the same place. E and B are still grandchildren of the queen and are as such still a target. Don't Anne's children all live on her estate. I know Zara used to live in cheltenham but not since she has had children who I'm sure they wish to have higher security for.

Paradyning · 08/03/2019 08:45

I thought E&J were renovating some mansion in London at present.

queenofarles · 08/03/2019 09:09

The Kents used to pay about £70 a week to live in KP. They rejected a house from the queen, so now they pay 10k a month , which is still not much , I remember reading it’s a huge place. Five or six bedroom , five reception rooms ...

CurlyWurlyTwirly · 08/03/2019 10:19

I wonder what’s going to happen to the Michaels of Kent when Charles becomes king.
I guess it will be a good few years till George, Charlotte and Louis need housing so they’ll stay put, as long as at least Prince Michael is alive.
