The flowery jumpsuit from last summer
also the black one
A love jumper
3 jackets
A black and grey star jumper
The green star dress
The net black elastic ages waist dress
A khaki jacket I’d never seen before with flowers on the back
A few jumpers for my mum
Gingham dress
Zebra dress
Off the shoulder will flower dress
Maroon blouse
Black portobello top - had to put the dress back as I wanted it as a backup
White portobello top
Flowery net skirt from last summer season
I did put the pink net starry skirt in but was very very sad to put it back as it was too big....tried it 3 times just to check

Mostly summer stuff and of no use right now 🙄 the bags were a bit crap, the shoes didn’t go above a size 7 and the leopard coat was put out at the end when I’d already spent waaaaaaay too much. I did bag a leather skirt but on my initial cull of clothing I realised it had a broken zip, at £50 think it a bit much. I’ve probably forgotten something. Currently medicating with a rose before my train home!

Gosh that all sounds good though Agnes Smile
So have i mentioned that i have way too many jumpers before ?? Grin..Well yesterday I was 'browsing' on ebay , looking at Toast jumpers and I saw one which reminded me that i have this Icelandic style cardi from them and had totally forgotten I had it Blush !! Have just dug it out! .. its great for this weather !
(posting next as its on my phone )

Laska2Meryls · 01/02/2019 13:23

Here it is .. TBH it doesn't often get cold enough here to wear it Anyway I reckon it's at least 4 years old, any goes to show that Toast don't change their styles much ..

What a hall @agnes.
@Laska today I am wearing the ryder jumper. I love that toast jumper on you. The colours are gorgeous. I may purchase if it comes out next xmas as it was from the previous one. It looks much much nicer in the flesh than on the website. The ryder jumper really suits you laska.

neveradullmoment99 · 01/02/2019 14:22

Oh and @Laska, we clearly have the same taste. I had the jumper of the cardigan. Exactly the same colour and pattern. Mine was new. I was never wearing it [ Far too thick] So I sold it!

neveradullmoment99 · 01/02/2019 14:31

How odd is this? On the label of my Ryder jumper ist says £110 [ original price] On the website it says £89. What was it?

neveradullmoment99 · 01/02/2019 14:32

Looks like they had originally priced at £110. No way Shock

neveradullmoment99 · 01/02/2019 14:32

What a haul that should have said..oh dear :(

Laska2Meryls · 01/02/2019 14:34

I bought my cardi new from Toast also but in the sale. There is one of the jumpers in same pattern currently on eBay (that's what reminded me I had it! / It is v thick, I reckon that the jumper would have been too heavy to wear

neveradullmoment99 · 01/02/2019 14:45

It was far too thick. It was beautiful though. I got in the sale too. The thing was, it was way too thick to wear a jacket so i never got round to wearing it. I thi k i get sbout 80 for it!

QueenOfTheAndals · 01/02/2019 16:03

I've had a very successful day at the sample sale. Spent £110 and got 6 items - long-sleeved burgundy Tara dress, Venice dress in blue, 2 playsuit, a jacket and a Love jumper in grey, which I had my eye on last year.

And an even bigger bargain was the Prada handbag I picked up at the Kings Road Oxfam for £130...

twosoups1972 · 01/02/2019 16:21

Is the Ryder jumper the new Meryl? Grin?

trader21c · 01/02/2019 16:38

That sounds great Queen were there msny people there?

whiskyremorse · 01/02/2019 16:43

Is there any nightwear in the sample sale? I'm a bit obsessed with hush pyjamas and can never have too many pairs!

QueenOfTheAndals · 01/02/2019 17:17

@trader21c It was chockablock! I got there early but when I came out there was a queue waiting to go in. No changing rooms but a few mirrors and plenty of women willing to strip down to bra and pants!

@whiskyremorse There were pyjamas but I couldn't find a matching set. Lots of PJ tops in small but bottoms only in XL.

twosoups1972 · 01/02/2019 17:34

laska you look fabulous as always. Particularly like the Ryder on you.

I am tempted to get it too, don't want to feel left out Grin BUT I really have a lot of jumpers and what I really want is a couple of knitted/jumper dresses or tunics. I have been trawling the internet but can't find anything I like.

ilovecherries · 01/02/2019 17:46

I was sitting looking out the window this afternoon at the snow and see this figure trudging up the hill, and thought to myself ‘that looks a bit like dd’. And then it was :). She’s popped down for the night to cheer me up. SO happy to see her. She’s going back in the morning as she’s in the middle of dissertation angst but sometimes I’m just blown away by the fact she’s so NICE. She’s in the shower atm then the three of us are going out for a curry. And the dog just about passed out with excitement:)

whiskyremorse · 01/02/2019 17:48

@cherries nothing happier than a dog happy to see you! Enjoy your evening with your daughter x

FuzzyPuffling · 01/02/2019 18:00

Aw cherries that is such a lovely thing for your DD to do. Enjoy your curry.
I often wish my offspring lived nearer.

Laska2Meryls · 01/02/2019 18:35

My Hope parcel came.. but sadly disappointing, .. the cocoon shrug that Soy bought is nice, and really soft - and also really good value at £45 as its cashmere, but I am not sure if its 'me',

.. its actually a sewn-up rectangle, and if i kept it I know that would be just sooo tempted to unpick it and use it as a wrap and wristwarmers.. .but not that confident if i could unpick the seams without damaging it .. ..

The other things are just yuk, the fabric on the navy L/L T is horrible..

So its a No for me ..

Ellapaella · 01/02/2019 19:06

Laska I love that cardigan, it's absolutely beautiful. If you ever decide to sell it please sell it to me. Love the Ryder jumper on you.
One of my colleagues ordered the Ryder jumper today after I wore it into work this morning. I was surprised too as the label said £110 but the Hush/JL have £89 as the original price, very strange. I wouldn't have paid more than £35 for it though.

Ellapaella · 01/02/2019 19:10

My Cords have arrived but I can't try on as I'm a) already in my PJ's and it's too cold to take them off again and b) I have a heart monitor attached for the weekend so look like I've been wired up to be jump-started so no point trying anything high waisted on until Monday.

They look promising though. Planning on wearing these with my lovely patent brogues that I haven't worn much yet.
