Hello all - I'm glad people seem to be feeling a bit better today - especially never! Really looking forward to seeing the checked coat -I think both the coat and the frayed jacket look lovely on the website (which did you get?) I think I'd probably get more use out of the coat, but the jacket would be really good for work (for people who do actual work, and not me who is sitting in front of the computer in joggers and failing miserably to get stuck into a report on a subject right on the edge of my ignorance... gaaaahhhh. Frankly, I'm just waiting for the postman to arrive...)
soy - Sorry you had a nightmare yesterday, especially with such an early start. Never what you want. I hope today is a bit better... and at least you have your parcel to look forward to when you get home. Fingers crossed for DS - as long as he is coming to you for the weekend you will be able to give support and food.
gin - you're right..the star jumper is lovely, but I'm sitting on it at the moment (not literally) as I'm just not sure I really need any more jumpers. I also got the blue sparkly striped one to try, which is smarter, and also really nice - though the star one is much more snuggly cosy, and I can see me wearing it at home as a comfort-jumper more than out... I'm also waiting for a toast one (not laska's - which does look brilliant...the colours and pattern really suit you!) and given my excessive jumper-age anyway, I'm not keeping them all.
cherries - sorry your sleep has been so bad. I'm not surprised you're rather anxious, but your running total is amazing! No wonder you're shrinking out of your leggings... (though hopefully, as you say, its just the leather loosening with movement, like jeans do with wear).

It sounds like you've been having a hard time. But glad you are at least able to consider DD's return to school. That sounds like a promising step.
lol @ the laska leggings - I think there should be a hush mumsnet range made just for us! I'm so jealous of trader's bargain haul (I thought the sale started today...I must be going batty). But pah to the london-centric nature of the sale. It's the liberal metropolitan elite getting all the good deals... that's why brexit is happening y'know...
I love all the clear, frosty pictures. I'm doing my best not to leave the house til I need to pick up DS later, and hoping most of the ice will have gone by then. And downing coffee.
