We have 2 others also - DSDs children - girls aged 4 and almost 3..They are great. So far we haven't had them all here together ,.. That would be a whirlwind!

Ok I have work tomorrow (bah) , Ive got used to not being there hardly at all over the last couple of months ..but despite the fact I could leave, it makes more financial sense to stick it until the end of the year when I have an old occupational pension kick in ..

One thing I always look for on the American outlets are the Spanx legging they are such a bargain there.

I’m working half day today so need to rush to the post office and send everything back. I’m not tempted now until they reduce further.

Which ones do you look at each?

I wouldn’t have been sitting out another 200quid anyway Laska. I ordered a 10 late yesterday afternoon, and there is a tear in the leather. I saw it even before I opened the plastic bag, so WTAF don’t they check things properly before they send them out. So I’m hanging onto the black as a possible and another 200 out for a damaged pair. PLUS they have sent a felix dress where the swing tag doesn’t match the garment label, so they’ve actually sent a large, but the swing tag says medium. Can you tell I’m hacked off. Nearly £300 down for at least 10 days because of their mistakes. I’m grr. I hope you like them though :)

On a less grumpy note ;), we have gotten distracted from shopping our wardrobes by the sale. Today I’m wearing next coated leggings in burgundy, with the charcoal boyfriend cashmere and a black vest. Big cashmere scarf from Pure and black Gazelles. And I’m off to have my poor runners feet dealt with before I go on holiday.

That is so poor cherries.crap service. The black do look fab on you. I didn't realise that they updated again in the pm what sort of time do they? Hopefully mine will be ok but I willneed to justify them quite honestly if the spanx are as good as they look. I may not be able to ( given that the leather ones have to dry cleaned). I'm also still waiting about £300 refund from them but they do seem to be a bit faster than they were

It must have been about 4pm, Laska, as I was surprised they were dispatched yesterday, but they were on their way by 5pm and delivered today. I’m still also waiting for the cashmere dress, the jada tunic and the Fifi bag to be refunded, all from the 20% offer, I’d have hoped they’d have been refunded by now. I also have a few things from the first day of the sale that I’ve sent back, but I guess they are my responsibility, where that 265 on top of it is def theirs.

OTOH, I’m still waiting for a mango refund that they received on Xmas eve, and a uniqlo order I placed 12 days ago hasn’t even been dispatched yet, and they haven’t answered my emails.

Kudos to Boden - I posted something back to them on Saturday, and it was refunded this morning. So it CAN be done, if they chose to, or see it as important.

Back at work this week so I'm wearing a pleated leopard print skirt that I think was from Primark and a pinky red l/s raglan t shirt with tan lace up boots. I didn't want to wear my 'Christmas clothes' all at once. Does anyone else get paranoid about this?

I've just been in Sainsbury's lunchtime. They have some nice stuff in. Partularly like a leopard l/s T/ tunic . Didn't buy it though! I'll try and find a link

Cod yup same here, then six months later I find stuff still in the drawers with labels on so trying to make sure I rotate a bit more.
Today I have zara skinny’s on, which I had forgot I had & pale pink Biden jumper & my fugly but sooo warm boots Dh bought me from Clarke’s £41.00 in the sale.

Aww thanks Laska I dunno I fink it’s the lining make me think of my Nan😂 they are really really comfortable though, so anyone looking for cheap comfy warm boots, they are definitely a good buy.

Ooh Ella I’m excited now that you like them😃 they are called Riona Evie, the shop ordered them in as they didn’t have my size in store they had them in khaki, brown & black.
