Love the Nars lipglide, wore it last night and got a few compliments!

I stayed out and just got back - unsure which day as there is no 2 but two 22s?

I tried the benefit mascara today and didn’t like it at all.. also thought the pic on the box showed really thick spider leg lashes, it wasn’t a good look for me! Will pass on to my sis

My husband got me this as my birthday present! (30 Nov birthday). We had a little giggle that the first thing was called "immoral".

I keep opening it and the forgetting to use anything!

Right this thread reminded me to try something.

That Dermalogica balm smells lovely, rather like smearing lemon curd over your face!

Nars lippie - very brave for me, but love

Laura Mercier Foundation Primer = hello breakouts so it's a no for me
Dermalogica pre cleanse - have and love
Elemis Pro-Collagen Marine Cream - it's ok, I had same sample size from magazine and it didn't do much for me.
Ren tonic - I am happy to try it
Benefit mascara - it's ok
Today doesn't appeal either

3 hits out of 7, 2 ok and 2 that I will not use.

I liked the mascara yday after being dubious as not usually a fan of Benefit mascara. It lasted all day, didn’t flake and my lashes still were really curled when I came to take it off after about 12 hours wear! It’s really black too which I love! First impressions were I liked it. Also liking the REN toner, it reminds me of Pixi glow tonic but with a nicer scent.

Today’s perfume I’ve never heard of, not my usual scent, bit floral although I’ve googled the brand and they seem to offer a couple I may be interested in but today’s is a bit of a miss for me.

I can't figure out if I like the scent today or not. Very different from what I normally wear. Feels very grown up and formal? Like a very elegant lady at a black tie event.

I'm going to wear it and see if it grows on me.

I think I like this one, was a bit overpowering at first but nice once it settled. I can still smell it on my wrist now whereas I usually find perfumes fade easily on me...does make me wonder if everyone else can smell it from afar!

I liked today's perfume. Very different from what I would normally wear, but it settled nicely. It's a winner for me.

Thought the perfume stunk like stale fags! Loved everything else although Nars Immoral not my colour

I am using the little mitt that came with dermaloica product. Using it daily with eve lom cleanser too

Day 8 - looking forward trying it. I wouldn't buy product like this, great to get good size too

I'm not a fan of the perfume either, wasn't too bad initially but dry down was not nice. Stale fags is quite accurate! I've seen this brand around and was curious about it. Slightly less now.

I think I'm gonna use the silicone mitt to clean my brushes.

Pleased with the CT cream this morning, used it on it's own and my skin feels soft and primed for foundation

Heard a lot about CT and this cream so interested to use it, I've got absolutely loads of primers to get through before I open this one though.

This is the best primer I ever tried - and I have tried so many! Very happy with todays item.

I initially didn’t like the perfume but I quite liked how it dried down on me. I’ve had a look at the brand and there is a vanilla based one which I might be interested to try.

Love today’s, I got a Charlotte Tilbury gift set for Christmas last year which had this in it. I find it makes foundation look so much better and your skin has a real glow to it. Big thumbs up.

Side note; although I’m still loving it, I am finding the samples a lot smaller than last year? I know we are only 8 days in but 🤷🏻‍♀️ did anyone else have last year’s and agree?

I like this brand; never tried the mask but been hoping for a mask! I love rose scented stuff too so today is another win for me

I didn't have last year's so can't compared directly, I would say I'm enjoying it more than last year's m&s calendar though.

I love masks so I was happy to see this. Tried it earlier and I like it, very runny but I felt my skin looked better afterwards. I'm not a fan of the rose petals in it, I did just pick them off my face easy enough though.

I'm loving this calendar, DH treated me to it after I missed out on the m&s one. Favourite so far is the elemis marine cream, but keen to try the face lack too.

the CT primer is my favorite so far. I don't know the products for the last two days but looking forward trying them.

I think the REN tonic is my fave so far as I think it’s doing the most for my skin which is looking pretty clear and smooth! I think a full size purchase is in order once I’ve used this sample but I’ve been using it Day and night and not even half way down yet

Not used this particular product before by Clarins but have used other stuff, and enjoyed so looking forward to trying this.

Only thing ive not liked so far is the perfume! Im happy with todays, very tiny though!

I am happy with todays offering, although I haven't tried it yet - lots of good reviews about the product on Neals Yard website, lots of reviewers not happy with how to product dispenses out of its dropper which is hopefully not an issue for the sample.

I tried the CT primer and wow was it glowy. I usually powder before and after foundation as well but it was still quite sheeny, in a good way. Really pleased with that.

Is today’s one neals yard? It doesn’t actually say but I’m guessing from the blue and gold colour of the bottle. Looking forward to trying this I love serums.
