Given that Meghan is such a foodie, surely she will want a professional chefs kitchen. I really like Gordon Ramsay's kitchen in his house. If mine was big enough; I'd have a massive island for prep and sitting on bar stools and drinking prosecco with my friends !

Just a drop and go for now

Channel 4 tomorrow 9pm. A Very British Country Hotel. All about Cliveden House. No doubt they will talk about the Duchess of Sussex.

PawneeParksDept · 24/11/2018 17:34

Oh and lest we forget the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge based themselves at Anmer until they needed a school for George. It's hardly unprecedented.

owlshooting · 24/11/2018 17:36

I've just had a look at the Burrell photos of KP and can't believe how awful they looked. Really mismatched, tasteless stuff. It looks a very unrelaxing place to live.

Has this Leti pic been posted before?

Looking business appropriate and not a coat dress in sight.

SeaRabbit · 24/11/2018 18:03

Leti usually looks great - chic and suitable with nice little extra touches like those shoes.

Clionba · 24/11/2018 18:07

That's a good look. She manages the professional, business like look really well. Not too fussy, and not old fashioned. Great look.

fredleighton · 24/11/2018 18:16

I've heard rumours that Charles may not move to BP when he becomes king but didn't realise he'd actually confirmed it?

QueenOfTheAndals · 24/11/2018 18:25

Letizia used to be a newsreader and I think that still influences her style.

Sophie Wessex and Lady Louise are in the front row of Strictly Come Dancing!!! Didn't know they were fans!!

QueenOfTheAndals · 24/11/2018 19:00

Edward probably loves it!

If i was wealthy id have two kitchen for sure.

SilentIsla · 24/11/2018 19:15

Lord Snowden designed kitchens? Are you sure? His son is a furniture designer so much more his territory, I would say.

fredleighton · 24/11/2018 19:16

Was very excited to see Sophie and Louise. They looked thrilled to be there and it made me think perhaps they watch it together (maybe with granny!). I think they seem a lovely, grounded family.

ElspethFlashman · 24/11/2018 19:19

Camilla is watching green with envy. She's a big fan I believe.

Anton will be zooming over like a rat up a drainpipe for a Royal selfie. Grin

AdaColeman · 24/11/2018 19:25

Tony Armstong Jones tried his hand at all sorts of things.

At one time he produced a sort of platform that various types of chairs could be locked onto, so that wheelchair users could change chairs to one suitable for the venue they were in.
It didn't catch on.

PawneeParksDept · 24/11/2018 19:36

I'm watching and didn't see Sophie and Louise !

Paradyning · 24/11/2018 19:37

Just spotted her. She's in the middle opposite the judges.

PawneeParksDept · 24/11/2018 19:57

@Clionba

The whole RF are believed to be Strictly fans, Zara has been in the audience before, Brucie was all over her.

The Queen is also said to avidly watch Pointless and Corrie

BettyBooJustDoinTheDoo · 24/11/2018 19:57

Getting back to the house situation, Harry and Meghan living next door to Kate and William would be nothing like your average Joe living next door to their brother, these “apartments” are vast, probably more than we can imagine, I doubt they would even cross each other’s paths, I rarely see my neighbours particularly in the winter and my house is not Kensington Palace sized! so I’m sure the royals would not have a problem with their set up even if they could not stand each other which I’m sure is not the case. On another note I understood that the apartment at KP had already been renovated for H&M does that mean the Gloucester’s are enjoying the fruits of the tax payer funded renovations? or did the renovations not get done?

PawneeParksDept · 24/11/2018 20:00

Diana described it as claustrophobic I forget what she said something about curtain twitching - and people using their staff to get goss from other staff etc

SenecaFalls · 24/11/2018 20:34

The apartments may be big but a lot of people can see and be aware of comings and goings and who is visiting whom, according to what I have read.

Clionba · 24/11/2018 20:41

Diana grew up at Althorp. It's huge.

Clionba · 24/11/2018 20:42

Sophie and Louise clapping along! Louise in a little lacy dress.

BettyBooJustDoinTheDoo · 24/11/2018 20:48

I suppose there are a lot of windows overlooking each other be great for a bit of curtain twitching....
