You are not in control @Laska. That is what your dream meant.

Laska3Meryl · 15/11/2018 21:56

That just made me snort in my Brew whisky

Are we all experiencing some Hush-induced madness? Maybe it is in the fragrance spray they use on the parcels (hopefully)

Kazplus2 · 15/11/2018 21:57

Hmm, I'm thinking of splashing out on the Emilia bell sleeve dress. Looks just the style I like. Will be my first order with hush. Anyone got this and have any feedback?

Alwaysasparklymoment99 · 15/11/2018 21:57

Jumper saturation @Laska. Remember Meryl? I think whiskey coined the phrase.

Alwaysasparklymoment99 · 15/11/2018 22:01

I don't think anyone has it unless they bought it and didn't say Kazplus2 I had one similar from last year and wore it on my birthday. The one that they have this season looks like it has better sleeves. I sold mine on because the sleeves were really annoying and long but it looks much better this year. Its a beautiful dress. I love its simplicity.

dontcallmelen · 15/11/2018 22:01

Laska would keep him busy trying to figure out dwarves & mince pies😂😂
whiskey I was the same known, for my mountain of useless facts & mad odd general knowledge, now I can barely remember my own name at times, doesn’t help that I had a stroke a few years ago & I had to practically learn to read & write, that’s why my grammar is so bad at times, I know the word is wrong, but can’t find the headspace to correct it I am embarrassed by it sometimes, but figure most of what I write is fairly lucid & understandable & must say am very grateful that no one on this thread has ever pointed out my grammatical errors.

Laska3Meryl · 15/11/2018 22:03

JumpersaturationLaska could be my new name ...

Well @melen sometimes when I am writing I drop letters and then realise and have to go back and put them in!!! I think its more to do with writing too fast but still I don't remember doing it so much in the past. I am a bit like that with spelling words. I have to think harder and I am a teacher!!!

Alwaysasparklymoment99 · 15/11/2018 22:04

No no no no no...Laska3Meryl!!! It has to be now. Until the next desperate hunt for the next Hush spring item.

Alwaysasparklymoment99 · 15/11/2018 22:05

I meant It has to stay until the next hunt. Grin

Alwaysasparklymoment99 · 15/11/2018 22:07

So, black Friday - will hush do a thing? What about the sales. I wonder if they will be early this year?

NotAnActualSheep · 15/11/2018 22:08

Ha! i have had to start doing the list thing - and then losing the lists. Its a nightmare. And forgetting to close windows and turn off things. I was paranoid I had left the tumble drier on the other day, so went back home from the bus stop to check (I'd turned it off) - then had to go back again because I couldn't remember if I'd actually checked it properly. I felt like a right idiot.

I really wish I could interpret dreams! I could have a field day with some of these!

Alwaysasparklymoment99 · 15/11/2018 22:15

With dreams I like to retrace my feelings. I think basically dreams are a re-innactment [no idea of that spelling] of how your are feeling. If I had a dream about something I can usually tie it up with what has been upsetting me or praying on my mind feelings wise.

Alwaysasparklymoment99 · 15/11/2018 22:15

When I think of the dream, the feelings that upset me are there.

Alwaysasparklymoment99 · 15/11/2018 22:19

I used to dream constantly of standing on a hill with one of my babies and dropping them by accident through tripping and watching them wit horror bounce down the hill. The feelings for me of loss of control. Of them growing up and not being able to protect them.

NotAnActualSheep · 15/11/2018 22:21

Yes - I agree @always. I think dreams are some weird mash up of things that you've done/ seen over the day, and thoughts and feelings you have had. Like a disorganised mind dump. But some are a very weird combination of those things... not entirely sure what my subconscious is doing a lot of the time.

Ellapaella · 15/11/2018 22:28

I have weird dreams all the time. So vivid too..
Had a dream my 17 year old step daughter told us she was pregnant the other night. Then she got very upset because we were looking shocked and not happy - she said she was happy so why couldn't we be?
So then DH and I had to pretend we were thrilled about it and I remember vividly feeling so guilty that the moment she had told us her big news we didn't respond in the way she had hoped we would! I was feeling so sorry for her that we hadn't been as thrilled about her news as she was but also not relishing the prospect of becoming a step Grandma at 39 either!
I woke up wondering if that conversation had really happened it was such a vivid dream. I had to check with DH and gave him a scare. He's now panicking that I have had some sort of premonition!
My step daughter doesn't even have a boyfriend in real life so I have no idea where this dream came from.
Do you think these strange dreams are down to hormones? Apparently it's a good sign that you dream - it means you've had a full sleep cycle and have slept well.

Alwaysasparklymoment99 · 15/11/2018 22:37

I think its a bit like pregnancy. When you are pregnant you can have very vivid dreams. I had one that I dreamt there was a huge bee in my bedroom. I was pregnant and jumped out of bed screaming at my dh that there was a bee in the bedroom!!!

Alwaysasparklymoment99 · 15/11/2018 22:37

Its definitely hormones.

DavetheCat2001 · 15/11/2018 22:42

haha I had noted that never and laska had nc'd! I haven't been on the thread as much recently, and reading some of the comments regarding brain-fog, loss of concentration and general malaise I can really relate to.

I have found my memory absolutely shocking recently..forgetting people's names and what I did the weekend before. I was starting to get concerned that it might be early dementia setting in, or too many hangover's (have been a bit bad on the booze front recently too). Maybe mine is hormones after all.

My hair has also started to get really thin Sad. I've always had fine hair but lots of it, but now it feels like about 1/3 of its volume has gone. LOADS seems to come out when I wash it too..I'm off to the GP next week to speak to them about it as I am getting paranoid that I am getting a bald patch at the front Sad. I'm going to request blood tests again as last time I had them everything seemed to be ok.

I am so tired and lethargic all the time, libido is at zero..meh!

Alwaysasparklymoment99 · 15/11/2018 22:44

@Dave, could you be anaemic?

Alwaysasparklymoment99 · 15/11/2018 22:46

I wear my hair up a lot so usually have a fair bit come out when I wash it. Its hard to know what is normal. My hair is very dry atm. No idea why. I have stopped using henna as its such a faff. So have been using a semi but I really need to go to the hairdresser but am so pissed off cause everytime I do, it ends up the same. Not much you can do with long hair that's different.
