Harry and Meghan have 2 days more in NZ before they head back to London and, if I was her, I'd put on pyjamas, get Netflix fired up, and not leave my bed for several days! William and Kate will be out for a sporty engagement in Essex tomorrow and I'm sure we'll start to see them more as she's now officially back from maternity leave..

No idea what the continental royals are up to but New My Royals (does that title even make sense?) is my go-to link for them!

Leti looks like she is wearing a dressing gown! Her slightly darker hair is lovely though and really suits her.

Loving these threads. Made me realise how many royal engagements are going on that i had no idea about!

One things i have wondered about is Meghans environmental approach. As far as i understand, clothes are one of the biggest polluters, in terms of resources taken to make a garment. I wonder how she squares all the outfits (not to mention travel) with her environmental credentials?

Loving the pics of Kate's past outfits. Pp said everyone would be slim given a chef, personal trainer, nannies etc. I would have thought she has more temptation to eat than most people, with endless delicious canapes and nibbles all continuously on offer...

But she can completely avoid the kitchen(s)! Unlike the rest of us!

@tortycat that would be me, even with all the personal chef and whatnot!

I didn’t like her outfit at first thought it was too severe but I’ve seen some more pics now and it’s grown on me.

@Tortycat Several items from Meghan's antipodean tour were by sustainable brands so I guess that's one way. And maybe carbon footprints are unavoidable if you're a royal, but at least taking a normal passenger jet rather than a private flight mitigates that a bit.

The rich do have constant temptation of canapés and nibbles, but if they have a few too many then they can always check in for a spot of liposuction at their favourite clinic!

Kate can just order that no food be brought to her. When she sits down to a meal, it's what she has requested. They're not going to provide canapés she doesn't ask for. On her visits she always turns down food.

I dunno. If Kate’s breastfeeding then she’ll be churning through the calories and she’s not and never has been large anyway. She could just naturally slim right down after her babies are born. It doesn’t mean she’s got some gruelling exercise routine going on. I for one am breastfeeding, eat like a horse including a tonne of chocolate and am only maintaining my weight 🤷🏼‍♀️
We will see what happens when I stop breastfeeding, I dread to think.

@ahoydelboy I always presumed she exercises as her shape has changed and become more athletic/muscular and lean. But you’re right who knows maybe she’s scoffing a pack of Jaffa Cakes and watching trash tv as I type

she always turns down food that's just what i struggle with (and that's not even nice food!). maybe its a mix of good genes, willpower and love of exercise. Pippa looks very slim already in the polka dot dress (unless its an old photo and she was pushing someone else's pram!).

I'm very jealous as when younger i was always very petite naturally despite eating what i wanted and no exercise- 2 kids later and this definately no longer applies!!

Yes mmmgoats that is true. Before they married she was much ‘softer’ looking. Like she is now when she’s pregnant.

Honestly? I think Kate works very hard to stay as slim as humanly possible, just on the right side of “thin”. Her waist is absolutely tiny and that can’t be easy after three pregnancies (or even without them!).

I found it quite striking that in that pregnancy wardrobe montage linked to the other day, how much prettier her face looked when it was just a little fuller. I know she’s under immense pressure to look perfect, but she doesn’t need to take it so far.

Kate is very athletic and sporty and has been all her adult life, of course she exercises!

Kate looks great in the rowing photograph; I think pre-marriage she looked sporty, strong and healthy. I also agree, that during her pregnancies she looked terrific, but I am slightly shocked at how thin she looked in the photos today (loved how good her makeup and hair looked today though).

I must be seeing different photos. I honestly couldn’t look at a picture from Kate’s latest engagement and be ‘shocked’ at how thin she is. I think she looks at the lower end of a normal weight but certainly not shockingly thin 🤷🏼‍♀️

Bet M&H stop en route home somewhere amazing for a well needed holiday.
