Kate's definitely upped her fashion game in her recent appearances - that dress at the V&A and the velvet shoes were quite a departure for her. She and William are making an appearance at something sporty next Tuesday but I guess she'll go for her ever-reliable skinny jeans for that.

I think the blue color of her dress is a nod to the flag of Figi. Again nice touch.

I think Meghan got the nude shoes memo! Although hers are Dior.

Harry probably told her "have a look at what Kate wears". There's a lot of similarity in style if not colour.

I really like the blue dress. I also really like Meghan’s preference for very little jewellery.

Love the blue, love the jewellery. SemperIdem I also like her preference for minimal jewellery and have followed her example - I’ve always worn small/delicate jewellery but now usually wear earrings OR necklace but not both.

Really don’t think Megs is 5ft 7 she is positively tiny compared to Harry and she is in heels as well.

Absolutely adore the blue dress- it’s stunning and such a great colour for her.

I’ve never cared about royal fashion (my own style has much more edge) but have loved seeing pictures of an impossibly beautiful and stylish woman on this tour.

Oh and I consciously and unconsciously cradled my bump the whole 9 months! No affection there!

I think I am the only one who didn’t like the blue dress! I love seeing her with her hand on bump, I used to do it too apparently.

Loved Meg's blue dress - agree about the caped dress having a Jackie Kennedy vibe, which I love. I initially thought it could have done with some more bling - maybe a big statement jewelled necklace, but I guess that wouldn't be in keeping with her overall style, and as said upthread she must be wary of attracting criticism.

Looking forward to seeing Max's outfit later - I hope we get some good bling to look at! I'm a bit of a magpie

Also, deviating a bit from Royal style but the Jackie Kennedy mention earlier reminded me of Michelle Obama - she had some stunning state ball gowns. I loved her white dress for the UK visit. Also loved seeing the friendship between the royals and the Obamas. Max seems to have that same friendly aura!
