Agree with ella on the harems red go for XS. I’m a true size 12 bottom and the S are roomy on me.
I wear mine for Pilates too! 👍

Laska5772 · 21/10/2018 16:10

I think I did have a whole bottle, or best part of! and more since, ( ah well i can think about dieting again tomorrow.. ) .

I've ordered it also 14 .. I had a £10 code also .. and went through quidco, so £117 in the end

SoyYo · 21/10/2018 16:13

Bargainous laska!
That’s my soul sista right there (what with the whole wine bottle too Wink)
We’ll compare notes on the fabulous fur leopard on receipt and I think it can be dressed up or down.
Just hope it doesn’t swamp my midget frame...

Laska5772 · 21/10/2018 16:27

Hopefully we will look dead glam soy WineGlitterballGin Grin

Grr.. I am giving up with Daniel footwear.. they have just emailed me to say the that they dont have the fly boots in stock that I ordered . This is the second time they have done this on an order and I have only ordered off them twice!!!! Hmm .. ( something completely different last time ) .

That's it, i am done with them . obviously their website stock lists are not at all reliable

dontcallmelen · 21/10/2018 16:28

Laska crikey that really sounds like the week from hell, I am hoping you feel a little better? Yy with Soy & I think the leopard coat will really suit you a good price with discounts etc.

GinandGingerBeer · 21/10/2018 16:38

No need to apologise @Laska, I know how hard it is (on both the cat and elderly parents front) My DM is not in a good way at all
My dcat was pts last summer when we were on holiday, I still keep expecting him to appear ( from the chimney as was his way )

Laska5772 · 21/10/2018 16:39

Yes thanks Len , sad still but we knew it was inevitable, and the best thing in the end.. , .... and as for families .. well.. .. families , who'd have em eh?

Laska5772 · 21/10/2018 16:43

very sorry to hear about your mum also, Gin mine is 93 now , and sadly is now declining quite rapidly.. .. its very sad to see in its own right but also how it is affecting my DF. My brother still lives at home (at over 50!, never left home) , and is not a huge amount of use, but at least is there to help in some things but just dont get me on my sister

Laska5772 · 21/10/2018 16:45

and yes, losing an animal ,is just dreadful, it must have been worse you being away at the time..

Laska5772 · 21/10/2018 16:56

I love the look of this Boden Parka also.. But shame it only says 'showerproof' . What good is that in UK winters?

ilovecherries · 21/10/2018 17:22

Aw, laska, I’m sorry to hear about your cat. It’s a tough thing to do. I can completely empathise with the aging parent issue, and being the only one to deal with it all. It’s just so upsetting and I find I’m achieving the same level of guilt about that as I had going back to work when dd was little, a few months after she’d had massive surgery. I thought I was over that level of angst, but clearly not. No matter how much you do, it’s never really enough. And it’s not my mum and dad that try to guilt trip me, they are always very grateful. I manage the guilt thing all by myself :(

The parka is lovely - did Ella buy it at some poi, or have I made that up?

Thank you SoyYo i think I will wait for the November sale and see what’s in that. I do like the sweatshirt but not sure it will be flattering if it’s boxy.

cherries that coat is lovely.

This has just reminded me how ill prepared I am for winter wardrobe wise and I need to actually look at what I have and what I need to buy rather than just snap up eBay bargains.

ilovecherries · 21/10/2018 17:23

Point.

Ooh @dontcallmelen these have just popped up on my Instagram feed. I'm very tempted......
They have buckles and laces so they'd work on your slim feet. I quite like the croc effect.

Or what about these?
Omg, whoever dreamt this idea up? Fishnet Boots?

Gin ooh those office ones are good, errr think I give the fishnet ones a miss😂

Laska5772 · 21/10/2018 19:44

Just a thought after ordering the Boden one ( and of course with discount I got it is half the price,) but .. has anyone here ordered the Hush fur leopard coat?

ilovecherries · 21/10/2018 19:53

I tried it on in JL - with no intention of buying it, was just curious. It’s lovely, absolutely gorgeous - quite lightweight though but you southerners probably don’t need to same degree of winter wear as us Scots. If I could have found anyway to justify it, it would have been mine. But even me with my blurred lines between need and want couldn’t quite talk myself into it.

OP posts:
Laska5772 · 21/10/2018 20:58

it is lovely (I also saw it in JL a while ago) .but twice the price of the Boden one! ... if they were quicker with their refunds id order it. ..

Laska5772 · 21/10/2018 20:59

you southerners Grin ....

That Boden parka is lovely laska... and now out of stock along with sooooo many other things I put in my basket earlier this evening but did not try to purchase until now. Given this is Day 1 of 5 days of 25% off I fear the Boden warehouses will be running bare next weekend! Sniff. Maybe they'll release more stock over the coming days...clutching at straws...

Ellapaella · 22/10/2018 06:36

Cherries I had the Hush version of the parka. It was lovely but the hood was ridiculously oversized and I couldn't get away with the Liam Gallagher look.also it didn't pull in around the waist properly so it was a bit shapeless on me.
I was a bit gutted as I really liked it when I first saw it.
